    I'm car shopping for a new "used" car, and have narrowed my search down to the Honda Accord. Someone I know used to work at this location, and recommend getting in touch with one of the salesman that still works there that he knows. Everything I was looking for was explained over the phone, and was waiting for me when I got to the car lot. I didn't have to do much before I got there, as everything was waiting for me. Which was pretty cool. There were only two cars on the lot that fit my fixed parameters, and they were ready for me to jump in and test drive. This process was really easy. The salesman took a picture of my drivers licence on his phone (which I do NOT like, but it is the way car lots are doing it now) and gave me the keys and away I went. ( At least they don't jump in the car with you, like the used to, when you test drove a car.) What I really want is a brand new car, what I can afford is a new used car that is several years old, but with decent mileage, and not that much noticeable wear and tear. The two cars that were available on the lot and I test drove, didn't match my criteria so I left. I have to give a shout out to the no pressure salesman. He asked if I would be willing to try something different, but what was in my price range. I said "No" and he said "You have my information. please give me a call if I can be of service." How cool is that? He also showed me that he deleted the picture of my drivers licence.

    The worst dealership experience, both sales and service. The sales and financing departments run on pressuring and haggling with the customer. When the wheel and tire modifications installed by the dealership damaged my brand new vehicle, it was insinuated by the general manager that the damage was my fault; even though it is undeniable the damage was caused by the dealership's negligence. Their "efforts" were for me to trade the vehicle in and lose $9,000. They take no accountability.

They are very honest and I didnt feel like I was going to get scammed. I was a little nervous walking up to a used car dealership. But everything went great. I even threw the invoice into chatgpt to make sure the pricing was well. The other amazing thing was, I bought front break pads from the Mercedes dealership and I asked them if they could use those and change them since I couldnt return it back. They said yes! This is unheard of. Most service companies make money off of parts. But these guys were great. The dealership was clean and everyone was nice. I do most of the work myself because I want to avoid people scamming me. I have already told 4 people about this and plan on posting about it on instagram to let everyone know. Companies need to know if you dont scam people and work with them they will get more business. But companies are trying to get as much from customoers. Thank you KC you were the best!
