They have a private parking lot which had plenty of spots. The lobby was very clean and spacious. Check in was very easy and pleasant. I didn't have to wait long to be called in. I have extreme anxiety related to dental procedures including cleanings due to sensitive gums. Unfortunately, I didn't have a pleasant first time experience with the hygienist that day & even felt ashamed by her remarks. I wish there was more caring bedside manners especially coming in as a new patient & informing her of personal struggles but I decided to come back for a second appointment to fix other dental issues. The assistant that day was very kind and even noticed when I would tense up. She immediately reassured me and encouraged me to relax as best as I can. It was so helpful and I truly appreciated it. Dr. Metwali was informative, answered questions without rushing, and made the procedures go smoothly. I didn't have any post procedures issues besides the expected soreness from local injections. I plan on continuing as a patient but will better advocate for myself.

I appreciate their honesty and helpful recommendations and thankful they don't give me the run around (like every other dentist I've been to prior to coming here). They don't push me into treatments (that are usually costly) but give me all the options clearly and factually. I've had cleanings, x-rays, and fillings done here and every experience has been pleasant and efficient. For cleanings, the dental hygients are always extremely thorough, friendly, and full of recommendations. My appointments are always honored on time and the parking lot has plenty of spots available. This is the first dental practice I don't mind coming to (and I've been to many in my 40 years of life living in different cities).

I have all my wisdom teeth still, AND they are fully out and non-impacted. Who wants to be awake and hear 4 of your teeth being cracked and cut out of your head (my old dentists plan of action)? Not I!! So I searched for a new dentist, and hallelujah I found Dr. Richardson! I don't think most people are too fond of dentist- its hardly relaxing, but necessary. Dr. Richardson knows this, and so she sits down with new patients to discuss their reasons for coming in, if you have any previous problems or negative experiences at the dentist, etc. This is a first- I don't think I have had any doctor, oral or otherwise, that sat and got to know me for more than 5 minutes at my first visit. Dr. Richardson is so friendly too, always making jokes. Her practice is much more technology friendly than my previous dentists- they take pictures of your teeth, use a laser to determine whether you really need to get a filling, and the best part of all- give you a mirror to hold during procedures if you want to see what they are talking about and doing inside your mouth. This really helped me understand why she and the hygenist were doing what they were doing. And although Dr. Richardson is not a fan of wisdom teeth, she did not pressure me to have them removed, only stated her rationale for recommending it, a welcome departure from my previous experiences. I received 5 fillings (those damn wisdom teeth!) and a full perio cleaning spread over 3 appointments. I didn't need anesthesia for the fillings, however Dr. Richardson offers laughing gas if desired. I'm keeping my dental coverage under COBRA just to go back and see Dr. Richardson in the future!

She came in, cleaned my teeth, and then dismissed me. I told the dental assistant that I had not received an exam yet, and I overheard the dentist telling the assistant that she looked at my teeth and everything was fine. There was no discussion with me about the two crowns I have in my mouth. she asked me, "do you have any questions or concerns?" I said no, and that was the extent of her "exam" and our conversation. She was rough in my mouth and I asked her to stop pulling on my lip with the small mirror. She said, " if you had relaxed your lip, like I told you to, this wouldn't be painful." I said I didn't hear her instruction and she didn't seem to care. The light at the chair didn't work. Needless to say, immediately upon returning home, I found a different dentist and booked my next dental appointment with that facility. It is disappointing that the standard of care provided by Dr. Brown is not followed by the other members of her practice.

Dr. Chance was totally understanding and made me feel like I was in good hands from Day 1. He started me on a practical course of treatment fixing the most serious problems first. His office staff (especially Maria!) is mindful of my insurance and helped me stagger my treatment so that I minimized my out-of-pocket costs. I never have to wait to be seen when I come for an appointment and am able to get early appointments to make it to work at a decent hour.
