This looked like a one-hour experience with the more than twelve customers in line, yet because they have Self-Service checkout available, I was able to weigh my padded envelope on the scale, choose the destination zip code, and pay for my stamp in three easy steps! What's more--the receipt was emailed automatically. They must have the record of it linked to my debit card. Despite the high traffic, they keep the postal center clean, indoors and around the perimeter too. I won't hesitate in coming here again!!

This Post Office in Weston is the perfect representation of the Government. The line is always out the door. There is one employee at the desk. They look miserable and are not friendly or helpful. If you have a question or need help at the self service kiosk, you're screwed. Get in line and wait 25 mins for something that could be answered in 2 minutes if they had additional staff in the lobby answering questions. Every time I've visited this post office, it's a horrible, unfriendly, and lengthy experience that no one that cares about or cares to improve. Government work at it's finest!

They can't seem to answer a question without being rude, complain when they see you're carrying more than one envelope, and are always shouting at people. This is especially sad considering I loved the distribution center that was here before (yes there were some interesting characters working there as well, but not blatantly rude).

A post office that looks more like a courthouse in Rome than a place where you buy stamps. Big, clean, and shockingly well-kept--like the feds actually cared what the outside of their buildings look like. Two USPS ATMs glowing like twin shrines to the gods of convenience. Inside? Friendly clerks who smile like they don't know they work for one of the most famously sluggish institutions in America. Lines move. People actually seem to get what they came for. It's a post office that dares to flirt with efficiency. It's still the USPS, so don't expect champagne service and caviar stamps. But if you're going to mail a package, dodge jury duty letters, or ship your mother-in-law's fruitcake back to wherever it came from, you could do a hell of a lot worse. "It's still bureaucracy--but at least here, bureaucracy comes with a decent smile and a damn fine building.

She keeps her patience. Their stamp assortment is not too great. I like to buy pretty stamps when I am actually at the post office. I asked for two different style of stamps and they were out of both. USPS tends to offer the least expensive shipping, which is why they are always so busy. I appreciate how they offer a variety of shipping speeds. They also sell greeting cards and wrapping paper which has saved me a trip to another store in the past.

The USPS is not visible from Pines Blvd and is at the far back of the plaza with limited close parking. The interior was spacious and busy but waited only 5-10 minutes. This specific package was important to ship out today. The postal service officer scanned my package and circled the tracking number on my receipt. She asked me to apply her performance rating on the digital screen with a choice of three faces - frown, dull and smiley. I told her to please smile and after she did I tapped a green smile face and left. It was simple but if possible, I prefer local UPS Store drop off locations.
