I ordered fertile eggs to hatch at home. The box clearly stated "Please hold for Pickup"then my phone number. I live out in the country so this Post Office is familiar with this type of situation. They didn't call the first morning the got the package, they didn't call the second morning. The eggs got to sit in a very cold building ruining the eggs. Someone saw the package sitting at the carriers case and decided to call me and ask me what I'd like them to do with the package. I said I would have liked you to call me when you got it? What did you think the phone number was for. Their answer was it should have told them to do that. When I got to the Post Office I was told that they didn't have any package and who told they had one. So I had to supply them with the tracking number. After finding it, instead of apologizing I received a rude instructional lesson on everything that was necessary for that office to process a package of eggs Properly. I had the worst experience trying to get a passport. MONA was extremely rude since the moment I walked in, not only with me but with the other people walking in. She clearly did not want to help, I asked for her help with some questions on the passport form and she rudely said to reread what was on the form, she provided no clarification at all. She also started raising her voice to the point where it seemed like she was screaming. Not only that but when it came to filling out her portion of the application she said and I quote "I don't want to do it but I have to" and she slammed the forms and pen when she handed them to me. If you need to renew your passport make sure you have an appointment. The website has information on walk in appointments. The worker refused to process our application claiming they don't do walk ins. After I said to my husband to leave because clearly she didn't want to do her job. She said there's only two of us, there's a line for mail and I'm leaving to lunch soon. She could of just told us from the beginning they are understaffed and not capable of doing the job. Never have I had to worry about mail. I have to drive 30 miles out of the way just to drop off packages, and likely will have to pay for a post office box, just to get mail. And the Post office will do nothing. It's not convenient to do their job? I can think of a lot of people out of work who would gladly do the job. I shop online quite a bit. Amazon, FedEx, UPS, businesses and everyone else delivers the packages just fine. The USPS? Never!! For some reason, my USPS deliveries get scheduled for Sundays, and guess what, the Sunday USPS delivery person can't access my mailbox on Sundays so he doesn't deliver--Every. Single. Time. "Reason" codes have been: no access to front door or driveway; will not fit in mailbox; held at P.O. Box at customer request, to generally unable to deliver. All of the excuses are 100% false!! I've filed multiple cases and received a call back on only one, TWO WEEKS after I filed the case. This place is completely inept at their job and clearly do not care or have any sense of work ethic. Order things for Christmas for my kids. I was standing on my porch as they delivered. But would not put stuff in mail box because it was to big. But not once did they try to deliver to my door or porch. Knowing if someone is receiving gifts on the 24 they probably need them Christmas Day. Very sad they do not even try. read more
