Don't go to the USPS…read morelocation in Forney that has that Bald Guy working there, he's a jerk and they will never fire him, as much of a jerk that he is and the terrible face he gives the USPS in Forney. Instead, go to Taylor Mail Center. You will be much happier. The prices are the same or cheaper in some cases. The people running the place give a sh**. They explain why things work the way they do with carrier and shipping companies....so you can understand what the hell is happening with your packages. It's amazing to walk in this place and be greeted like a friend. And to ask questions and get answers. If they can't give an answer you like then they will point you in the right direction to find the answers. USPS doesn't have the time and they DON'T CARE. This place will. Just trust me. I have dealt with the Forney USPS location for over 3 years and it's a total joke. A new building or renovated building won't fix the issues that exist with USPS Forney location. Nothing will. So, when you are faced with doom, look for an alternative.....Taylor Mail Dude!!!! Maybe they should change the name to.... Taylor Mail Dude.

I paid and requested a professional to photograph my paintings five weeks before they were due. The photographer wa very professional, however, these "printers" were not. In 35 years of my graphic design experience, this was unique. My ' PRINTS" onto canvas were to be done in a week's time, however, after 9 days time the excuses began. Everything from , " My son was in an accident", to the framers did not sent us your frames, too And my business partner was given the same diatribe. She literally told us the same LIE over and over again, week after week! ....And I wonder WHY???? Telling us that they were done and that SHE would UBER them to us and that they were finished by "IN Housed" Artisans. Yet, week after week this was NOT true. I do not understand this behavior? Our bill was paid in full in cash and credit card. This "Office Manager" also betrayed her son's trust. Because when I went in persn her son gave me the UNTOUCHED VERSION of the drive which had our pics and edits on it as though nothing was wrong. On my way home, this WOMAN, " Office Manager", sent me threatening messages that the drive and PICS that I'D paid for were theirs....She and They compromised my clients, my timing and my business. We finally got an estimate on Wednesday (April 30th) listing things it needed. They tried to charge us $144 for a new battery. Even though it worked fine, they said it was 4 yrs old and we need a new one. We said no. FINALLY picked the Gator up Thursday (May 1st). The lady in the service department was so rude, I will NEVER go back there. She tried to charge for that battery they did not change out. I told her we kept the old battery, she said, "Well, I won't charge you for that then"....duh. After that, it was still $50 over the estimate. She said " Well, they did other things to it". What good is an estimate if they are not going to stick to it? I told her I will never be back and she said, "Sorry you feel that way". I'm sure that lady ALL BY HERSELF runs a lot of customers off. Never again will I go back there.
