I still love this post office because it's central and close to all of the places I need to run errands at on my lunch breaks during the week. Honestly though, I was getting pretty irritated with the 2 big pot holes by the parking entrance and exit but when I went today to mail out some packages and to check my po box, I was pleasantly surprised that they filled in those potholes. Pat is my favorite because she is always warm. There are others but I cannot remember their names but this is the reason I stay coming back. The location is very conveniently next to Tamura's and other surrounding businesses so I make sure to make a few stops on the way in. They always have so many priority mail boxes neatly organized outside so I get a few extras to take home so I can box up whatever I need before I get to the post office. The customers are usually very nice too. As with most usps, it's pretty small inside and some people still kinda practice the "safe six" the line often goes out the door and other customers will hold door open for each other. This is the easiest location for me with guaranteed parking and quick lines. Not sure why the Kahului one get so busy but I DREAD going that one. The wailuku location looks and feels old but doesn't have the urine smell that the Kahului one has so I will continue coming here.

This is my normal UPS store. I've been coming to the location for years. Today, while I was making a return, the lady scanned my phone and while I waited I placed my hand on the counter. She said "I'm sorry, no leaning" confused I said "I'm sorry, what?" She pointed out a bright orange sign that said no leaning. First, my hand was rested on the counter; I was not leaning on anything. 2nd I am a grown adult and felt like I was being scolded. It was truly an odd experience. I recently shipped my vehicle round-trip to Maui via Young Brothers and found both their online…read moreinformation and the customer service representatives via telephone to be very informative and helpful. The shipping process is very efficient and the workers at the shipping site are friendly. You do need to call ahead to book a shipping appointment, but from there on, it's an easy process to drop off your vehicle and pick it up at the destination point. Shipping is quick and I got a call from Young Brothers the next morning after each shipping, letting me know my car was ready for pickup. When we went to pick up my car in Kahului, the battery was dead (the parking lights got left on inadvertently), and they immediately sent someone over to give us a jump start. After you ship your car, if you care about your paint job, I do recommend you get a good car wash asap to rinse off the salt (I have a review of the place we liked in Kahului). If you have a reason to ship your vehicle interisland, if you do your legwork in advance (check the website, make a call), you're going to have a smooth and easy experience with Young Brothers.

Need to ship something out quickly?…read more UPS Worldwide Services my friend...........nuff said! As I make my weekly commute to Maui each week, once in a while I have to bring with me a lot of repair parts, and believe me.........lugging all those parts can be a daunting task. If you ask me - "Where are the UPS Stores on Maui?" I can easily tell you that there is one in the West Maui Center in Lahaina, just across the street from the First Hawaiian Bank (Lahaina Branch). The UPS store is in the same strip mall where you see the Subway Sandwich shop in Lahaina. If you're in the Kihei area, there is a UPS Store right across the street from the Azeka mall. The UPS Store in Kihei is located in the same strip mall where the Longs Drugs store is. And last of all, (for you folks that don't know this)............. there is an actual - United Parcel Service Service Center location near the airport area. How do you get there? Well, best way to put it..........if you head towards the Costco, as you drive along the main road you will pass the Costco, then the Costco Gas Station, as you drive along the road, look for a sign that says "Cargo", follow the cargo sign, and the sign will steer you towards the right toward the UPS Service Center. If you go left........it will steer you to the Maui Airport. The UPS airport location is only open from Monday to Friday. They are closed on the weekends - (Saturday & Sunday). The business hours for the airport location is basically - 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. They break off for lunch from (2:00 PM to 3:00 PM), then they reopen at 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. So as a friendly reminder...........if you have to ship something out, don't come here between the hours of 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, you will not get any help here during those hours. I cannot tell you how convenient this airport location is for me! I really like this location, as when I'm heading back to the airport to fly back to Oahu, I can make a quick pit stop to drop off my broken parts, so I don't have to lug it back with me to Oahu. I can just ship out my broken parts here, and send it directly back to the mainland..........easy peasy for me! Parking - There are a few parking stalls in front of the UPS building, but if the lot is full, there is some parking available just across from the UPS parking stalls. I haven't had any issues finding parking here. Need to ship something out fast? UPS my friend!

Went online to track my package and it send it was sent to CVS. I there and it wasn't there I checked at the UPS store in the area and they said it was in CVS. After all these years using UPS it really shows me how incredibly incompetent they have become. Let us not for get that I had 2 day rush which I paid for. You are all better with the US postal service
