I witnessed another post office perform this same service, taking an extremely long time to complete in comparison to my experience. In fact, it was very much the opposite. The girl helping me moved smoothly through the process and before I knew it, we were done. In the very few moments I stood in line, I did hear the other employees help other customers. They all seemed to have the same great attentiveness. I was really impressed how quickly the line moved. By the way -- how sad is it that this is a surprise? This should be the rule, not the exception.

We always have some nice interactions with the employees and usually get our needs taken care of quickly. Whats the reason for 3 stars? I still do not understand the Illinois way of having federal service locations in strip malls. I do not have anything against the situation but I am just not used to it. Also, it is a small location for the business it does. Even though the line moves quickly there is usually a few people waiting to be served. We always continue to visit this location due to it's proximity to our home and the proximity to our normal shopping spots.

This post office and post officer carriers are thief's. On numerous occasions my bank cards and…read morecredit cards have been stolen (before they were delivered) and then used for numerous things. When I call to inquire how does my card that was not delivered have a balance on it and tell them it had to be the mail carrier or the mail sorter who took it I am told that they cannot make accusations about it. But who else would have my card. Now I have been waiting 11 days for my medication. It was set for deliver on the 16, I checked my ring door bell no one came to my door. No missed delivery marker was placed. Only way I knew my mail wasn't delivered because I called the VA to see where my medication was and they provide me the information. Then they stated my package would be delievered the next business day. That was a fat lie because they didn't even attempt to deliver it until the 22nd. I didn't know that it was that many nonbusiness days 18-21 now come on. Make it make sense. I can trust this post officer and the mail carrier as far as I can throw it. Oh the laughable part is that they are stating my house is not accessible. I have no gate. If the jehovah witnesses, girl scout cookie girls, solar panel sales man, alley cats, wolves and other creatures can get into my yard then why not the post carrier. I know why because she was too fucking lazy to lift her legs out of the van to walk them up the walkway and then ring my doorbell. She must be blind too to not see I have cameras on my house and can see that the deliver that she attempted was her just driving past my damn mailbox.
