Our package delivered 7/12/23 was ripped open. We have been to this McCann post office numerous times about misdelivered mail on our street. We ask for the person in charge and invariably talk to someone different each time. We will go electronic with as much as possible. The carrier did not notate any opening of the package; but, it was clearly ripped open when placed at our door. The ring door bell caught it. Bob/75605 read more

The staff at the front desk have been the most dishonest, racist, rude people to have ever worked here, Multiple times I've lost packages at this PO Box and it has been the Same woman every time According to guy at the front desk, and regardless of the time you arrive at the post office she's either "too busy" or "not here today" now I don't know if it's just me but I am told to keep track of my fellow coworkers and when they are working just in case for situations like this, and it is always told that our packages are "lost" every time but we have Very Very good suspicion to Expect Theft of our "lost" Mail and have received nothing but Rude Remarks or Threats by Workers at this post office when a package is "lost" read more

Ordered a small horse brush from amazon. I chevk my mail at 5pm nothing. Informed mail says out for delivery. I get a message its ready for pickup. Really? Unable to deliver? They want me to drive a 40 mile round trip to pick up a small package that they chose not to deliver. Sounds to me a substitute decided they wanted to go home and just did a indeliverable message. We have been at this address for 20 years. Get packages all the time. If i wanted to drive to town i would not have ordered online. And certainly not go way out of my way to McCan road! I would have justwent to tractor supply. I detest using usps for this reason! Amazon fedexes or use ups but latelt they transfer over to tge dreaded usps thus causing delays and problems like this. Sucks! read more

Wow. What a terrible, pathetic post office. I always try to avoid going to this PO at all costs, but sometimes it's necessary, like today, when I needed to pick up some packages that were extremely time sensitive to my business. The very rude, witchy station manager refused to help and said holding packages for pick up "has never been allowed" when I literally did it for ANOTHER late package 3 days ago. ‍ She proceeded to argue and be a complete witch to a customer who spends more than $10k on postage a year. What a pathetic person. Pathetic post office. A complaint about this lady's attitude and actions will be filed for sure. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS and drive down the road to the Judson post office. They are awesome and always willing to help, unlike these pathetic people. read more

I called to find out why my package was written undeliverable. This was 3p, I was told by Kathy that she would find out and get back to me. No call back, so I called the next morning at 8am. She told me "they" looked "late into the night" (6p) and found it and to expect it in the mail that day. It still did not come by 4p so I called back and asked what the issue was. She became belligerent and nasty over the phone telling me I "didn't know who I was dealing with" and not to tell her to do her job and that I didn't know what it was like to be management. I was hung up on. I went to the office and waited only to be told she was on a call. I said I would wait. She came out and assisted another customer then went in the back again. She finally came out and dealt with me as they were helping the last few customers at 5:01p. I told her I wanted to give her the opportunity to rectify the behavior I experienced with her over the phone and for us to come to a more peaceable interaction. She became hostile and threatened to lock the doors with me inside. When I tried to explain to her that I had been waiting over a half an hour to talk to her, she told her staff to lock the doors and she was calling 911. She called 911, gave the dispatch my description as well as some other choice words then wandered off. She came back as I went to sit down and wait for the police and called me back to the counter to "give me one last chance to leave before the police showed up." I told her as long as I could get the name of the person she just spoke to on the phone so I could get the incident report I would be happy to leave. She then proceeded to laugh in my face and said "now you can just wait for the police to show up." I explained to her that now I would have to call for assistance as I was now being held against my will. Once I dialed 911 myself and told them the situation unfolding, Kathy hurried around the desk and unlocked the doors. Now, after missing the 2 calls I received after placing my complaint online, I am being told the case will be closed due to me not calling them immediately back. Guess I have no other life than to be a servant to the post office. read more
