Where do I begin? We had a carrier who refused to deliver to our home's new mailbox because she…read moreclaimed it wasn't in compliance. It took me three visits to the CL post office to get a manager to visit and confirm my mailbox in fact was compliant. After the carrier continued to refuse to deliver our mail, the manager had to hide out and catch her in the act. She was then removed from the route. A week later, our mailbox was hit with a bat or other object overnight and sustained significant damage. This, folks, is your tax dollars at work!

The Huntley UPS Store is just okay. Every time I've stopped in, the service has been noticeably…read moreslow compared to other UPS locations I've used. The staff is friendly enough once you get to the counter, but the wait times feel unnecessarily long, even when the store isn't crowded. I've had much quicker and more efficient experiences at other UPS stores, so it's frustrating when something simple like dropping off a package takes much longer here. It works in a pinch since it's local, but if you're looking for fast service, you may want to try another location.

I like the self serve postal machine when it is fully operational. I've been going to this post office for over 20 years. I wish they kept their doors open outside of working hours to drop off packages at any time. I guess they have their reasons, so no biggie. Our postal guy has been so friendly towards my Golden Retriever. She likes to greet him when we are out on walks. Overall, no complaints, good service.

USPS here in Cary has been very good for the 10 years we've been living here. We've never had an…read moreissue with the carriers. On the rare occasion there has been delays, but this is to be expected from time to time as things happen and we're all human. USPS is pretty reliable and should be supported. It's a shame that MAAGA wants to destroy the service so we can only use private carriers and pay more. Just like they want to do with SS. More middle men taking a cut of our money is not good for anyone.
