For being in the capital of tourist attraction and city of San Juan, this post office is very run down and unkempt. The lettering is all displaced and from the outside looks nonfunctional. I do have to say when I entered I am entirely glad the AC was working. It is one person taking everyone on the line while another individual (this time a younger boy) was wandering around aimlessly. He could've taken some patrons to make the line lessen for the elder individual running the store at the time. USPS needs to look into renovating this location or looking into address some concerns about this location. They put someone to deliver packages between 12 to 2pm, the employee have our contact information and he never call us to pick up the packages, also, when we go to the box i get the yellow slip which means that i have a package but the employee who suppose to be there until 2 pm is never there or he does not contact us or leaves before 1:30 and sometimes earlier. the result is that they return the package to the sender, you are paying for an employee who is not doing his work or left his area before the stablish. i am paying a PO Box and the service is horrible. Thinking seriously to cancel your services. and last thing, for an hour and a half i tried to contact somebody but nobody answer, i tried 8 telephone numbers.

I came early this morning and still I had to wait more than an hour for something that supposed to take less than five minutes. A family of 4 was given service and took forever.However, other clerks were available to provide assistance but didn't. While other clerks were waiting for new costumers to provide service-- the post office was virtually empty. It didn't matter I walked in @ 7:45am. I even asked if there was someone else available to assist with my needs and I was curtly denied assistance. Yeap-- there you go. This is how this place is arranged-- horrible working layout of service. Puerto Rico tries to be like USA but miserably fails to copy efficiency and competency.
