For being in the capital of tourist attraction and city of San Juan, this post office is very run down and unkempt. The lettering is all displaced and from the outside looks nonfunctional. I do have to say when I entered I am entirely glad the AC was working. It is one person taking everyone on the line while another individual (this time a younger boy) was wandering around aimlessly. He could've taken some patrons to make the line lessen for the elder individual running the store at the time. USPS needs to look into renovating this location or looking into address some concerns about this location. I tried my best to update the hours and put the address correctly but the address would not edit.

They put someone to deliver packages between 12 to 2pm, the employee have our contact information and he never call us to pick up the packages, also, when we go to the box i get the yellow slip which means that i have a package but the employee who suppose to be there until 2 pm is never there or he does not contact us or leaves before 1:30 and sometimes earlier. the result is that they return the package to the sender, you are paying for an employee who is not doing his work or left his area before the stablish. i am paying a PO Box and the service is horrible. Thinking seriously to cancel your services. and last thing, for an hour and a half i tried to contact somebody but nobody answer, i tried 8 telephone numbers.

Luego se fue, cuando de momento la veo que regresa, porque me vio chequiando las tapas de zafacon por si habia algun roto, ella regreso para tomar foto con su celular y me dijo, en mala forma, por si acaso, me lo repitio varias veces. It does passport services, along with stamp purchases and mailings. It wasn't too busy, and would be a good place to stop in to mail something out while in town from the cruise ships.
