Everyone else I have encountered at this location has been super pleasant and helpful as well. I also love their stationery. The cards they have are nicer than the other postal offices I have been to. They come in when I'm in a clutch and need to mail out a birthday or holiday card and just want to get out of the car once. (I've never seen a line longer than two people there.) And the many times I have visited us downtown location, I have never seen anyone on staff show a sense of urgency no matter how long the lines are. I have seen the lines here get as long as 11 people. There also seems to be common confusion as to where the line starts.
