Great small USO located by Carousel 21 in Terminal 3. Hours are from 8am to 8pm. David, the volunteer on duty, was very professional, friendly and attentive. Everything was very clean and organized. Plenty of coffee, he made a fresh pot for me, and a variety of sodas, water and snacks. Really glad they have a good selection of paperbacks you can take for free. Free WIFI and computers with internet access. There is also a larger one in Terminal 1 and that one is open 24/7. You can take an in-terminal shuttle to get to it.

Lounge area.

So we always have supported the USO (with money donations)- through CFC etc during 27 years of service. The 24 hour location at McCarran is nice BUT the volunteer at the desk hassled (March 8 6am) me about my ID card. She kept asking me about it and I'm like IDK lady- it's the one they gave me at Ft Hood. Apparently retirees and families are no longer welcome here. Although she eventually let us in- it's like we manufactured the ID cards and they were counterfeit. Volunteer also told me to "calm down" because after getting the 3rd degree I just said " can we come in or not?- I just need to know" the hassle. Oh boy. We did have some coffee. They have sandwiches donated from Starbucks and other airport delis. I suggest charging retirees or families a couple of dollars rather than turning them away. It feels like a slap in the face after years of service. Hopefully @USO will come up with a solution. Prior service / retired/ DV should be welcomed. Oh and by the way the airport cleanup crew came in while we were there - three men and they were welcomed to have sandwiches or sodas or whatever they wanted... But turning veterans away not cool

The USO is so accommodating to children.

Thank you USO for providing such a GREAT service to all of the service members and their families! My daughter and I arrived at the airport way earlier than the arrival time of the people that we were picking up so we stopped by the USO for a little entertainment. I was able to get a snack and my 2 year old daughter was able to kill time by playing in the kids corner. The volunteers are beyond friendly and helpful. Not only do they provide services at the airport, but the group of volunteers are ALWAYS out in town spoiling the service members with treats!

This is the best USO that I've been too, it's open 24 hours run by a group of awesome people who want to help out military folks.

Each season is beautifully done with festive displays, lights, and decorations that make you feel like you've stepped into a storybook. There's so much to do for all ages...a charming train ride through the forest, a classic carousel, the fun Avalanche Slide, and endless photo opportunities everywhere you turn. It's perfect for families, date nights, or even just a cozy night out with friends. The beer garden is a great touch for adults, while kids (and kids at heart) can enjoy hot cocoa and funnel cakes. Everything is thoughtfully laid out and keeps the energy fun and festive without feeling overwhelming. What really makes this place special is knowing that your visit supports a great cause while creating lasting memories. The staff and volunteers are friendly, and you can tell a lot of heart goes into making this event magical every year. Highly recommend making this a seasonal tradition, it's pure joy, nostalgia, and holiday spirit all in one

As seen, in my Pics The Gift Shop's items' isn't priced too badly; there were some items that I was considering, but you know how it is, after the Holidays, your bank account is pretty lean; I have a lot of people to buy for, I've got a large family. There were five Grinch- themed trees. Many of the trees were decorated very nicely. It's a beautiful sight to see. We went on the Carousel, and we did two rounds of Mini-Golf, which was fun. We also went down the Avalanche twice. Stringbean went three times. Gone are the years of seeing all of the Gingerbread Houses. Now, there are a lot of fundraising food/drink stands, I get it, it's an organization.

She has to be one of the most rude and disrespectful people that I have ever met. I spent 21 years in the Air Force and and still work for the gov and I pride myself in treating people with respect and understanding, and the way she acted towards myself and others at the Dress giveaway, just for walking down the incorrect hallway....she should not be in charge of any organization and I would be leary about donating to a person like that. All she had to do was explain the mistake/rules in a nice and respectful manner. I overheard others talking about the rudeness from her as well.

That is where this place can help. They are able to assist and support our youth with being able to thrive and stay in school to graduate. They accept donations and appreciate volunteers. They provide classes such as job research, job prep, setting life goals, life after high school, financial skills and other educational help. This can really change a young persons life if they offered the right tools to succeed. Clothing is offered for free at the little store called Betty's Boutique on-site with a high school student ID. I was happy to donate my daughter's old prom and homecoming dresses to this organization in order for a needy youth to enjoy their upcoming formal dance. They also accept monetary donations as well.
