Shoutout to Josh and jasper for quickly addressing the problem and getting the return handled. The store has a check in screen when you enter but it was nice the manager got me checked in right away there was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected Friday afternoon.

Go into another store a week later and told, no, they are $40/line. Call Gambino DIRECTLY and are assured, it just hasn't settled yet. It will be $25/line. Fast forward to yesterday when all of our service was cut off for non payment of a $400 bill!? Liars. Thieves. Gambino and Josh are just that. Lied to make a sale and now I'm on the line for it. Try calling that store! I dare you! it's an 800 number and you cannot get anyone on the phone and conveniently, Gambino is out on vacation. So I'm left now to write a bad review for them wherever I can. Now I have had to spend hours of my time talking with incompetents on the phone who weren't there originally so cannot help anyway. It's all heresy now and I'm sure that I'm screwed but don't believe this store! All they want is the sales and will say anything to get them. LIARS!

I had been using them for almost 5 years and then one day I got a complaint that said I was "attacking other computers". Now I am a computer and programmer but I am also highly ethical about it and find hacking for malicious purposes utterly reprehensible. So after the accusation I searched my network top to bottom, checked for malicious programming, rootkits, Trojans whatever and found nothing. So I thought nothing of it but I became suspicious about it. Then I started using a vpn and I got another complaint, this was a dmca. I thought this odd that they were able to tie a dmca to my ip when I am using a vpn and not downloading things. So I went on, tightened security, checked all computers and did a reformat of every computer well then I got another apparently. They did not notify me, they just cut my service off at home. The first communication from them was that they cut off my service after I was forced to contact them. They said I had to call in to talk to them. Next they locked my account so I could not remove my credit card number so they could continue to charge my cc while not giving me service. So then I called in angry. The first guy said I had to talk to customer service and he would put me on hold and transfer. 30 minutes later no one so I hung up. Called in again, this time the phones are unable to transfer me but someone would call back....they never did. Then I called in later, this time they cut me off because I went to a website they did not approve of so they cut me off and I was supposed to get called back and again they did not...and still they have no problem charging my credit card. Even worse now, they have changed their story 5 times about why they cut off my service. They will not give me service nor will they give me my money back nor will they stop charging my credit card so yeah...crap A or crap B!

    1. This service site can barely provide functioning services. I was instructed to return equipment…read moreto this location; they told me to go down the road to UPS instead to turn it in. You know it's bad when UPS tells you to keep all of the receipts of the equipment return for up to two years when Xfinity tries to charge you back for the equipment they receive and lose again. 2. Your staff at this location likes to sit around instead of standing at attention when customers arrive. They're more interested in what is on their phones than tidying up the store. 3. Their app is a joke. I could be experiencing connection issues, run the troubleshooter, and it tells me "everything looks fine" when I experience two disconnects during that testing. 4. Their global services do not disclose all fees. I was charged a $15.00 + tax hidden shipping fee and discovered it on my next month's billing. Then you waste even more time to get that issue resolved by going back into the app chat room. 5. They'll try to send a technician out to your address; the last one I saw was on 394 heading west and they nearly ran someone off the highway. Their team's response? "We take safety seriously! Please provide a photo of their license plate." Oh yeah, great idea! Going 55+ MPH to follow a dangerous vehicle and get a photo of their plate. Your services suck. Your team sucks. Your troubleshooting app is a joke; you must have paid someone a lot of money to give incorrect data for your company to use as leverage to promote other products.

Once I received my phones via FedEx, I went back to the Ridgedale store and was told that only the person that sold me the phone would be able to help me activate them. I went back two days later and said person was still not there.... so I tried using the customer service line. I was able to activate the phones but they couldn't switch the phone number over until the next day and I set up the call to be at 10 am. No call came, so I called them. As I was getting off my ex's plan I had already given them account # and transfer pin yesterday. They said they weren't given that info... and had to get it again. Super frustrating...it's been two weeks and still working on this. Errrr
