We chose Trust, they did a nice job "blending" the new roof / shingles into the existing roof. They communicated well, they pulled the permit and arranged the inspection. Everything went very well, the work looks nice. They also quoted replacing the roof on rest of the home, again it was a reasonable quote, we will be reaching out to them when the time comes to replace the entire roof and our old skylights.

We couldn't be happier with the results and would confidently recommend Erol and his team to anyone in need of roofing work.

Then Dunn roofing told me yes I can do it for $250, he said he was giving me a great deal. He happened to have the extra material needed for my roof, someone recently gifted it to him. So what did this kind soul do? He paid it forward and gave me a price of $250, All the other roofers wanted $500 and were not going to do half the extensive repair that he was going to do. I have to be honest. I cried when he left my house. I have been hammered with car repairs, and many other expenses in the last 3 mths. I felt so depressed. But Dunn came in like a winged angel and saved the day. After he was done, he held the ladder and insisted I look at his finished work. This guy is a class act. I highly recommend him. Apparently he had injured himself on a previous work site. He verbally quoted me what it would cost to repair, put his ladder in the truck and left. Mr. Augusto could not commit to a specific time to meet that day. We stayed in touch with him throughout the day and finally heard he'd be on his way at 3pm. When we initially contacted him he requested $100 to do the estimate. He explained that the fee was required as we did not yet own the property although we did have an agreement of sale. When he arrived, he became annoyed at my husband because the home inspector's report was difficult to for my husband to pull up on his phone. It was 68 pages long. My husband tried to point out that the entire roof needed to be replaced based on our inspection report. Mr. Augusto never went up on the roof to look at it. When we inquired him about hurricane mitigation straps he blurted out - The price of the roof is $20,000 and includes everything. He never offered to mail us a detailed written estimate even though he took $100 in payment for coming. He accused my husband of being disrespectful because they tried to converse at the same time. He yelled at my husband "look me in the eye and show some respect man!"
