The gentleman did not seem in the best of moods and after going halfway up the ladder and looking at my roof, he complained that the roof was too steep for him, and he was not going to do the job... Apparently he had injured himself on a previous work site. He verbally quoted me what it would cost to repair, put his ladder in the truck and left. If I were to say they were here for a total of five minutes that would be generous. This was the first roofer I've ever met who didn't want to go on the roof of a one story home. Oh well, this was my experience with Dunn Roofing. If you use them, I hope your experience is better.

Luke was polite and forthcoming. Received the estimate and the roof was placed. The installers did a nice, clean and professional job. The shrubs were protected and the finished product was great. I, also, had a flat roof that was included. Luke stated that they would put a slope on it as it's collecting water in the center. I made sure that it shows that I paid it in full. I did not want them to put a lien on my house heh I called and made sure that it says I paid my bill in full. They were on top of it. The work crew cleaned up after themselves. If you have any issues, you can call their office and they make things right. The new roof is holding up well. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.

The owner also offered to come to my home himself and give a quote. However, my opinion has not changed, I still prefer to take my business someplace else after this experience. No call- no show, TWICE. John Wayne is the worst salesman. The man didn't even bother to call, when I finally did get a hold of him, he said he would just come a different day. Yeah, okay... If you cannot be dependable for appointments, you certainly cannot be dependable to get a job done right. I'll take my business elsewhere.
