This is a response to your comment made on my original review. You stated that you "explained that…read moreadditional pressure could damage the deck and offered options for cleaning versus stripping." That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I dropped my rating to 2-stars, simply because you stated things that were not true.

This business is owned and operated by a local firefighter who is hardworking, knowledgeable and RELIABLE, unlike so many other local service businesses these days. We had our white Spanish tile roof, driveway, patio and entire exterior power washed, and now our badly stained roof looks almost like new! We also had our windows, screens and sills cleaned by then and they are absolutely sparkling. Add to all that, the prices are quite reasonable. We plan to use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to others.

He noticed that the upstairs unit had quite a bit of disgusting matter, and he asked me for a broom. He took care of it all. He didn't need to do that, it was of his own accord, and didn't ask to be paid for that. He did a wonderful job with the Pressure Washing, and then also went above and beyond by drying a section of the patio that was off balance and had collected a puddle. He also pressure washed my daughter's window, and did an absolutely excellent job all the way around. I highly recommend DJ! He is very friendly, and a very, very hard worker.
