I know this is a very long review, but that's because there are so many things that you need to…read moreknow about John. I'll start with what I think is the most important thing to people when paying for this kind of service and that is that John HUSTLES, HUSTLES, HUSTLES! He's a total GO, GO, GO kind of guy, and I PROMISE that you will NEVER have to worry about him taking his sweet time as a way to earn more money. I lost my husband last year and struggle to get things done in all aspects of my life, so I've hired John to do ALL KINDS of things for me over the last 4 months, including: * hauling furniture; * laying out and taping down several throw rugs; * moving stuff out of a room and loading it into a storage pod (then later moving it all back in); * hanging strands of lights in my bathroom and bedroom; * putting things together (e.g., a laptop table); * re-staining my husband's family antique hope chest; * installing one of those metal closet racks in my laundry room; * running errands like picking things up, returning far more Amazon items than I care to admit to, and taking a USB to an office store and printing a document. I truly could go on and on. If John's able to do something you need done, you can consider it D-O-N-E. He's also VERY honest, so if he feels like he's not the best person for a job, he'll let you know rather than just giving it a try in order to earn money. Another great thing about John is that he's a perfectionist, so it's super important to him that anything he does is done just the way he would do it if he was doing it in his own home. That's true even when it comes to esthetics, so it's SUPER important to him that things are done the right way and that his work looks absolutely perfect once he's done. He even has me come double check whatever he's working on before finalizing anything. So, no nails are ever hammered into the wall until I confirm that I'm happy with how a frame is positioned, and no rug has ever been taped down without me checking out how it looks first. That has saved me from having to pay him twice for the same rug on more than one occasion because rarely do I end up liking the way it looks once he's laid it out the way I said I wanted. Just a few more things to mention are that John has incredible organizational skills and automatically organizes/straightens up a room once he's done. He's professional, friendly, courteous, conscientious, reliable, punctual, and he has a work ethic that is FAR beyond OUTSTANDING. I'll tell just one story before ending this very long (but much-deserved) review. One day, John was waiting for me to end a phone call in order to let him know what I needed done next, and rather than taking a break, he took it upon himself to organize my laundry room! He has even offered to run laundry for me while he's here working. There's NEVER any just sitting around when it comes to John. So for whatever it is that you need done, BE SURE TO CALL JOHN. I promise he's worth every single penny.

I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money

Casey, the owner of Wild West, saw a post of mine on the NextDoor app requesting a reasonably priced landscaper and he messaged me offering the service for free!! He let me know that he is not a landscaper by trade, but wanted to offer help in anyway he could. I was totally taken aback by the generosity and kindness of this offer! Casey is a rare and precious human for sure. Casey promptly came over to asses my property. He was punctual and professional! He insisted that I allow him to do the landscaping for free. He worked with his team to decide which plants would work best for my lifestyle and yard. They removed dead trees and plants and laid a beautiful bed of mulch and plants! They went above and beyond to make sure the yard was done and done to my liking! Not only did he do an incredible job on the landscaping, but he also pressured washed my home, windows, roof, sheds out of the kindness of his heart. He even recruited his brother-in-law to come inspect my roof for any damage prior to washing, shout out of Matt and Magnum Roofing and Restoration! I will pay it forward every chance I get! I would recommend Wild West Pressure washing to anyone and everyone! Please support this incredible local business and human being!

Most contractors would have just put in the tile I chose but Chad went the extra mile and alerted me to the problem.
