There is a meeting room inside that has restrooms. There is also a very large outdoor courtyard area which would be good for overflow seating. The outdoor courtyard could also be used as the main seating area on a day or night with good weather. It's located on public park grounds near a residential area, so unless there is an event going on it's mostly a quiet area. The building looks like it's decades old and it's not fancy, yet practical. If you want to do a private event in the area it's worth taking a look.

We got to check out their bulletin board, loft area and incredible layout while a group of people were warming up, stretching and yoga-ing out. Complimentary high quality water to try, spaces for personal belonging and a great coffee cafe cart (Cherish), in the front half of this stellar space. They have daily "Moves" classes with 30 minutes of movement followed by body rotations and some pole work. Restrooms are well kept, much like the entirety of their space. They have a handwritten chalk board calendar as well with lot of updates and happenings. Parking isn't the most ideal directly in the lot or the area, but semi central to a lot near the marina and beach areas. Full space rentals for a flat rate and minimum of 4hrs. Cool community events happen here as well like their Pre Burn Bazaar ( $10 entry or bring clothes to trade). Open from 630AM til 8pm during the week, reduced hours on weekends.

This is the first time ever I've been to a resource fair and there was something there for me to eat. This is one of the best pizzas I ever had. The owner was there. He opened the fridge to show me their Vegan cheese. The gentleman took my order, courteous, friendly, perfect customer service. There are large walkways that could be used at a walking path or even a bike area. 2 large parking lots provide plenty of parking as well. I don't live near here, but k can easily see this as a lovely gathering place for local families and the community. There is minimal shade in the grassy areas. But there are a few trees that people could gather under.

This call was made today 6/9 at 5:30 so I don't know who is answering the phone. It was a young gentleman, but to make an assumption That I could not afford something is not for him to decide. His responsibility was to give the information that I was inquiring about at least, allow me to explain what I was looking for and what organization it was for. Not only do I run a nonprofit, I'm a property owner in Hacienda Heights, community member and I think that was so insulting. I thanked him for his service and told him I could no longer further the conversation. I said my goodbye so I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. They're not interested in helping a community if they can insult and turn someone away without even knowing who they are and what their needs are. With everything going on in the world and in our own state, we need to be respectful to our community members. The reason I reached out was before I gave my money to another business outside my community. I thought I should inquire within my community because it would be most beneficial to give back to the community I am from. Whoever this young man is, I highly recommend that he does not answer the phone or do any type of customer service. He is rude and offensive.
