The manager Kim and The new sales rep are terrible and have no knowledge of the merchandise or current promotions. Kim blatantly lied after saying she could wave an activation fee. This weekend i went to Kim and Saturday said i can get the Iphone you need I will drive to Eugene and get it for you tomorrow. I go there and she said she could not get it so i drove to Salem Oregon to get the I phone and the 4 J7 phones i was told by her had fingerprint scanner after activating the firt j7 i found there to be no scanner so i wanted to get the LG g6 that did the store in Salem was out so i called Kim up and let her know i needed th g6 and she said she would waive the activation fee and had a g6 in stock.. today i was in the store to get my last of 5 phones and Kim charged the $15 activation fee and denied saying the Samsung had a fingerprint scanner or that see would wave the fee. this store needs good people and a manager ...

    used to be a good company. this time sales rep was very pushy told us he was giving a package…read moredeal. it was a nice package for him he sold us unnecessary accessories. hubby's phone was supposed to be free it of course wasn't. i've been with them for 9 yrs but my phone supposedly had a virus so we needed "new phones" the new phone didn't work we got another phone after an hour and a half wait. that phone didn't work. and then we called for replacement we were sold phone i s which i specifically told them we didn't want again. it was going to be 50 and we would send the phone in. guess what we wrnt to cricket we get new phones for fred no double talk actually for real free 2 phones together will be just 60 a month oh best part phone protectors will be only 15 a piece. boost used to be good. they got too big too quickly they have dish virgin mobile and t mobile now. they can kerp all those companies for ne ill always go with someone who looks you in the gives you a business card with their signature and shakes your hand!

    BUYER BEWARE ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS: The Roseburg Mgr changed my plan which tripled my costs &…read moreeven charged me for a 1st line activation fee even though I have been a customer for over 7 years without my knowledge or consent when I purchased a new Samsung A14 phone on 25 July 2023. I contacted MetroPCS customer service & they reversed all the charges & lowered my phone plan so that I would not cancel my plan. The Mgr told me that my phone came with a charger, but it did not. I went back to the store the next day thinking the charger was left out of the box but was told by the same manager that Samsung phones do not come with chargers and so I bought a Super Charger which is a dud because it takes between 3 to 4 hours to charge the phone fully. When I bought the charger the top portion of my receipt is printed in English, but the lower half of my receipt was in Spanish. I asked the manager what the return policy was on phones & accessories & he told me 30 days; however, it is really 14 days which I found out when I tried to return the charger. There are no signs posted in the stores stating the Return Policy is 14 days. The manager would not take back the charger & so I asked him to call his manager which he did & Maria the Regional Manager told me that the return policy is clearly stated on the bottom of my receipt. I told her that the bottom half of the receipt was in Spanish & that I do not read, write or understand Spanish to know that it says on the bottom of the receipt that the return policy is 14 days because the Manager verbally told me 30 days. She rudely stated she would not refund or exchange my charger because the MetroPCS store that sells the phones & accessories is privately owned & has nothing to do with MetroPCS. I contacted MetroPCS customer service who tried to help me with the return but there is nothing they could do because they cannot help you with the phone or accessories you buy, they can only assist you when the Roseburg manager switches' your phone plan without your knowledge. After the Roseburg manager sold me my phone, he did not help me set it up because he had to take a cigarette break.
