He told me what was wrong with it and what he would need to do to fix it, but assured me that he could and would fix my computer. He was very professional with me at all times and made me feel as though my computer was in great hands. I dropped my computer off with him and to my surprise a few days later my computer was done and ready for me to pick it up. I am 100% satisfied with the work that was done on my computer, it is like brand new!!! After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV.
