We were having no luck trying to get his phone number and contacts, etc. rolled to the new phone and decided to go into the store. What a SHOCK, we were treated horribly! We were told that "because we have Verizon Pre Pay" they couldn't really help because that is a "help yourself, you're on you're own" service. WHAT?!!! Are you kidding me?! I asked how we could get in touch with a person at Customer Service and were told to just keep calling and pressing '0' over and over and eventually we would get a person. WOW! The "boy" who waited on us, had taken the SIM card out of my husband's new phone because he didn't believe it came with one. On our way out, he held out his finger and said, "You won't get far without this, better take your SIM card". What a horrible disgusting experience! I worked in Customer Service type jobs for many years and would never have dreamed of treating a CUSTOMER this way! All the other, FIVE employees were just standing around kind of snickering.

The 1 item did not take long although they miss lead me with delivery dates. The second device I was told was out of stock. I was also told I would be notified every 2 days as to if and when it would be delivered. When I went to the store to let them know. They were not helpful at all about the situation they said it was an insurance issue not theirs. But they work with them so it is their issue as well. I was offered a check with a low ball offer. I understand it depreciated in time but that is very low offer after how much I have been paying on it. The store did not offer any helpful solutions and I don't feel I should have to pay for a device I do not currently possess. I would not recommend them to anyone and would go somewhere else. Since they pick and choose when to be helpful. The internet since my new router is still a bit shotty at times to use.

The team had obviously used faulty equipment or constructed it poorly or maybe both as now there was significant light bleeding around the screen. I returned it and asked them to do it again as this was unnaccptable for the price i paid. They did it offered me no partial refund and I returned home. As I opened my macbook not only was thier still light bleeding but now the macbook screen senor that detetcts when the screen is closed was broken. I explained the sitution to the them and they tested it and found out that equipment they use is faulty as my screen was missing a crucial piece. They gave me the option of a full refund but only if they reattached my broken macbook screen making my laptop useless which I couldn't afford as a student or a partial refund and a promise that they will put in an order for this piece and put it in free of charge when it arrives. Reluctantly I agreed still having hope that they would fix my macbook. Over a year passed and finally they told me that they can't get this extra piece and to basically give up on calling and emailing us asking for updates. Please do not get macbooks fixed with these people they are incompetent and clearly use cheap counterfeit machinery. My macbook battery life has been wrecked because of this nuisance. They may be good for small fixes like phone screens but anything substantial please avoid this place.

I went to get the top screen of my 2ds xl replaced,…read morewhich was the only thing that was broken, only to get it back with a cracked bottom and top shell, dust/dirty bits that are inside the stop screen, and the bottom touchscreen's touch not even working! I brought it back to them to get the bottom screen fixed, and after I got it, while it senses taps, the touches are never in the right place, even with me calibrating it multiple times. Absolute waste of money. Their student discount, is abysmal, and the service is just so bad. More things are broken getting my device back, than what was originally needing to be repaired. I recommend looking at another repair shop and staying away from this one as much as possible. Spend your money on a better service, and for those who actually deserve it.
