(~$300 total) This sounded good so we came in the next day only to find that what was said on the phone and the Verizon site itself was not what was being offered. According to them, you would have to purchase an entirely new line in order to do that which makes an upgrade completely useless. If you want accurate information that could save you hundreds of dollars, go somewhere else.

The only suggestion they had was contact Global Fraud, which wasn't any help since they don't consider being charged for a phone that was never received a fraud issue. The staff did contact their Customer Service number and was told the phone had been sent to the Klamath Falls office, but they are powerless when it comes to resolving billing. If asked, I would discourage everyone from doing business with this company.

Plus the cost of my new Iphone was quite reasonable. I came in the store two days in a row, yesterday to buy my phone, and today to get toys (extra car chargers, mount for car, case, tempered glass for screen, etc etc---all paid for w/my $150 credit card)... each employee here was very helpful to the customers and knowledgeable, friendly, patient.. Great experience! Special kudos to Josiah for making this a smooth transition, answering all my questions and putting on my new tempered glass screen protector. And I do get better cell service w/US Cellular than I was getting with Sprint!
