We pay around $150 for 20mbs. That we started couple of years back. Now $150 will bet you 60mbs speed. But they refuse to upgrade us without signing a contract for 3 years. Their explanation is that they invest in the service and they want to keep their customers. Don't get locked in for 3 years for technology that is going to change drastically in a year.

The other contingency was that, for this deal, you had to subscribe to their tv and cable services. No problem. Have had them for years. Lastly, the best deals required that you have 2 or more lines on your contract which, realistically isn't a great discount because you have to pay $29.99 for each phone. I'm not complaining yet but we'll see what happens next month. Oh, I had made an appointment which they honored but they served other people during my time making the 20 minute process last an hour and a half. They did impress me with one of my giant fights. Normally, this goes out to restaurants but the Spectrum store had a sharps container in their bathrooms. It is so overlooked and I always worry about customers and employees getting stabbed with dirty needles. Only the second time, out of 100 that provided this service. So even if I hate their service I will always give them credit for the sharps disposal box.
