My wife and I had made an appointment with Stephanie at this location, to upgrade our cellphones. We arrived about 10 minutes earlier than our appointment time, and Stephanie, a young, new employee, did a fantastic job getting us transitioned and setup on new iPhones. Super job by Stephanie and her Manager who also assisted us. The level of patience, understanding, empathy, and service here that we experienced is what QUALITY Customer Service should aspire to. The two customer service rep's were busy -- there was another rep that finally came out and helped a customer at 11:20 (estimate) yet never contacted me. I looked at my check-in at 11:24 and apparently rechecked in, but gave it another 15 minutes. Finally I walked out at 11:40 p.m. What is the purpose of an appointment if you make no attempt to keep it. I'm a long-time Verizon customer -- over 15 years -- and this store has been slow in the past, so much so that I traveled to the Medford TCC store to get my last iPhone a couple of years ago. I will give the other TCC store in GP a chance, but I'm done wasting my time at the Union Ave. location!

I had my iPhone screen replaced with the previous owners a few months ago and they were awesome! My son decided to drop my phone and crack the screen again. I called them, since I had the "Total Protection Plan", that states they will replace your screen for the life of the phone with no questions asked. Not the new guys. They said they don't do anything for free and had no idea what I was talking about. They took over in May and aren't honoring any of the previous agreements. I will save my $110 and use it at a reputable establishment.
