If you hit the buy one get one half sales you can really save. As long as you could use two pairs of shoes. I get most of my kids' shoes here. I can typically find their size in most styles. I have good luck buying work shoes here. I wear black flat sole dress shoes. It can be hard to find comfortable ones but I can usually find something here. I used to shop at the location on University Ave by Kohls but this will probably be my main location since it's so close to work. It is smaller than the University Ave location but there is still ample selection and sizes of shoes. I've been here twice before posting my review and both times have gotten good service from associates.

She had a flat personality wasn't helpful in any way. Too bad it's becoming the norm for retail workers to not try any longer. The shoes were not a good value because I could have ordered from adidas.com and at least got reward points or potential found the same thing on SALE, A SALE that would have actually been REAL instead of a farce to lure you into the store. I did buy the shoes because the girls loved them and I didn't want to break their hearts. Next time I won't suggest to them that we shop famous footwear.

I walked in with an oversized hoodie and jeans on that had a tare in the knee and dry paint on them and spackles of paint on my hands that I didn't get off. They didn't treat me any different than the ones that were way more presentable. As I let her know what I was looking for she got me the right size without asking I use to be a 44 and down to a 31 in jeans. As I was trying on multiple jeans that I wanted again without telling her she found me multiple shirts that fit my liking. I walked out spending more then I wanted but again felt like I was the same as anyone else walking in the store as someone getting ready to go shopping at Walmart.

Then their are the few that follow your every move through the store and take suggestive selling to a whole other level. I went in a month or so ago to get some tops and jeans for my upcoming trip to Vegas, and thats when I had the best experience at this store. I worked with Kadie...who was super friendly and actually listened to what I was looking for. She pieced several outfits out for me, but wasn't overly pushy. Then a couple weeks later in the mail, I received a thank-you note. That alone will make me go back, and I'll request Kadie every time. I almost threw in the towel on this store, but its amazing how one person can change your whole perception.

The entire store was very clean, and even the fabrics section which is usually unorganized in most craft stores was very organized here. All of the fabric was nicely bound and everything. I picked out my fabrics, and the ladies at the fabric counter were great about cutting the fabric as well as giving me recommendations on sizing for the blankets. I didn't have to wait long to have my fabric cut, and the fabric seems pretty nicely cut. The cashier was very friendly, and I didn't have to really wait in order to check-out. I didn't bring in any coupons, but she applied one of the coupons she had sitting around to my order which saved me about $5. I definitely appreciated that! This is a nice and organized store that seems to be well-kept with knowledgeable employees. I'll be back.

The first employee we worked with was particularly friendly. When we were clearly a bit confused about what we wanted or had in mind, he was happy to show us some of the options - and quite patient as well. He was very honest about their options - pointing out the various differences and why you'd want to splurge for various things. After he passed us to another employee for the fitting and sizing, the new employee was just as friendly. She seemed particularly knowledgeable about men's fashion - including how to tell if a jacket or shirt is particularly well-fitting. She offered brand options to help with fit, and she went out of her way to call up to corporate to a get rush on a preliminary suit for fitting purposes. The earlier employee had also misquoted us a price, but she was happy to give us the item for the price because it was their error. She was very friendly, made the process feel particularly smooth (even though it took about an hour), and was clearly knowledgeable about everything they sell. As a sidenote, Men's Warehouse does make it pretty easy to use them for tux rental. You can pick up or return the clothing to any of their Men's Warehouse locations.

It was that some of the backlights had gone out which they were able to replace but they saw someone had done damaged and broken parts on the mainboard (Maximum). John from Fish repaired what was broken on the mainboard and got the tv briefly working again but it still needed a new board due to damage by the other place and there isn't a replacement board available anymore for that tv. The employees have always been nice at a minimum. Today I was greeted by an unprofessional employee. She was angry because I lose my words sometimes since my stroke. On her third try asking for a receipt I asked her what part of no doesn't she understand? On her second attempt she abandoned me and went to the office pouting. Then came back for her 3rd try. She proceeded to make rude facial expressions from the time I walked. I asked for help moving the return from my truck inside. I said it was heavy but couldn't get the name to come out due to Aphasia. I told her the exchange product was labeled with my name. She continued to give me dirty looks. So I asked her if she was hungover or something because she was being a "bitch". She responded I don't drink. Then she made a performance of telling the normal young lady via radio that she didn't want to help me. So I loudly said to the other employee who was nearing the back of the store that I didn't want her help. The other 2 employees said you can't call someone that. I said "not only can I call her a bitch, I'll continue to call her one as long as she acts like one. I n the previous 6 weeks I've been in this store at least 3 times a week and never had an issue. A lady who identified herself as the manager said in an offensive tone that she would be calling the main manager today. I responded with go ahead he knows me and if he likes I'll give him a transcript of our conversation from my hearing aids. In loud places I turn on TTY so I can understand what is being said. And showed her. She just feigned disinterest. Epic Fail #harborfreight
