I know that I wouldn't want to buy a refurbished phone that wasn't checked for water damage or broken components. My check is mailed and in my hands within a week after inspection or accepting the counter offer. I can't think of anyone else who I would trust more than these guys. I then take it back to him and tell him what happen and i need it fixed. and HE SAYS WITH A SMILE i can't do nothing with it like that as he didnt just send me home to do this shit. At UbreakIfix they are so professional and do an amazing job. I have never had an issue with any of our family's phones after taking it there. They have always done it the same day that I have asked for help. And now they are partnered with Assurian insurance which makes it so easy to make a claim from home and then you can just go straight to the store and give them your phone and they have the repair in the system. I had forgotten I had phone insurance when I went today to get a screen fixed, it was going to cost me $139, but the tech asked me if I had insurance and stood there patiently while I made the claim on my phone and found out I did have insurance and he saved me over $100 because my fix is only going to cost me $29! There were probably eight people waiting behind me Because he was very patient and helping me do all this, but not once seem pressured to hurry up or make me feel uncomfortable because I was holding up the line. I highly recommend this place for your device repair shop because they do more than cell phone repair!
