We recently acquired a farm in the area and have used this business to buy lawn barns, a dog kennel, plumbing supplies, tools, hardware, and various farm and gardening supplies. We even had them repair a chainsaw and rototiller. They special ordered a few things for us. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, eager, and kind. I am glad their hours are posted prominently and they are dependable. Their store is clean easy to navigate, and well stocked.

Always smile when I see a business that has been around for a while still thriving. Stopped by Westlake for a couple copies of a key. Was great seeing a familiar face after all these years... Matthew was readily available to make my keys. I had four keys made... skeptical as this sometimes can be a difficult task... each-and-every-one of them worked! The store is still the same as it has always been... well-stocked and plenty of staff. Fair prices. Was nice to shop in a store I've known for nearly 30 years now!

Westlake hardware is a great little store, it's close to my house so I stop by frequently. I have…read morean older home so it seems like something is always breaking or in need of repairs. Not to mention supplies for the lawn and gardens. The staff at Westlake is helpful and knowledgable. The selection of items is good and prices are competitive. Best of all it's a real time saver compared to driving across town to a larger hardware store.

They do everything here- sell lamps and outdoor furniture, fix screens, sell plumbing supplies, mix paint, and they can get you a good deal on major appliances. I took in model numbers for the fridge, dishwasher, etc that I wanted and they got really close to the price I wanted. Go with hometown when buying so they are here when you need something. This store provides jobs for lots of people in the community and when you spend your money here that is what you are giving toward.

I decide to briefly browse down the tool isle. So then A lady ask "can we help you find anything?" I responded yeah he helped me but I'm still looking." Then she snaps back at me and says "Well we're about to close!!!" Who pissed In your cereal?!!!Customer service swas not valued or appreciated by her at all!!! Why did you even let me in the door if you were so close to closing?!!! There was a kid right by the door like he was a bouncer. You guys think you're the cops or something!!! Just wow!!! I WILL NOT be back to this location!!! But thank you to the man who let me look at the lawn chairs they had available that were not yet on the floor.
