What made the visit especially enjoyable was meeting the owner, He was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. We had a great conversation, and you can tell he genuinely enjoys his customers and the cigar community. I've been smoking cigars for a long time and have visited plenty of cigar lounges, and for me the people and atmosphere are every bit as important as what's in the humidor. Blue Flame delivered on all three. Great cigars, great conversation, and genuine hospitality. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I was an every other day customer for the past 2 months, spending roughly $240 a week. The guy clearly didn't recognize me and scammed one of the REGULARS of the establishment. It's really amazing how crooked and stupid these folks are.
