My car was disabled coming out of my parking garage, AAA abandoned me because they said they couldn't find a tow truck company that could get into my parking garage. I found White-Huff my chance and the dispatcher, Stacey, was so kind and helpful in making sure that someone was dispatched as quickly as possible. After calling multiple shops up on a Friday evening, many of them were either closed or quoted me at least 2 hours and $100-150 to tow my car three miles back home. I took a risk and started calling shops with no reviews. CSR quoted me $75 for pickup and $4/mile. Best of all, they said they'd get to me in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed by and the tow truck came to save me! It should've been about $90 but the guy asked me $80. Definitely going to call these guys again if I get into any car trouble.
