I found All Towing with a web search. The person who answered the phone was polite, professional, reassuring. They were on their way home in minutes, and arrived a half hour later safe and sound. Raphie was also polite, professional, and friendly. Would definitely highly recommend them!

I called multiple local tow company's in the area, none of them were available to help. We search 24 hour tow truck companies, and all Maryland Tow popped up I was immediately drawn to the business name because it indicates that this owner is available for all of Maryland. We called him he showed up he was prompt. He was completely professional, and friendly I would recommend this business to anyone especially women stuck on the side of the road. I felt very safe and that is what's most important to me! Second to safety, he has great quotes I did not feel like I was being ripped off I feel like he was there to help I hope I'm never stuck anywhere but if this ever happens again while in Maryland, I know exactly who to call and I would recommend him to anyone

He notified me that his arrival would be at 2:50. Thankfully we had a friend pick up my husband & 3 children shortly after that phone call. I called Brandon back at 5:35 since we hadn't had an update. I then texted 5 minutes later. Four hours after my initial phone call with Kings I called Allstate. Allstate shared that when they contacted Kings about why our car had not been towed, Kings stated that they were no longer able to get our vehicle. I did not receive a call or text back from Kings that they were no longer coming to tow our vehicle. Thankfully Allstate was able to match us with another towing company.

We happened upon K&M almost a year ago, and couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the prices, the good location, and the demeanor of all the workers over that time. The problems (or possible ones) are generally explained in a way that fills in the gaps in your knowledge without making you seem stupid; it actually feels like they want to educate you instead of begrudgingly explaining enough to justify you opening your wallet (including different brands/qualities of a particular part). It's a good sign that they are so busy, so even though it's sometimes tough to wait a few days to get on their schedule, it's worth it. Even then, I had a problem with my brakes the other day, and Chris explained his theory over the phone, took it for a test drive(s), realized it could be a quick fix, and took care of it right away for less than I was expecting.
