The deck in my summer house has been neglected and after last few winter storms the wood became very weak. This past summer while BBQing with friends was when I realized just how unsafe it was. Ever feel like your still stuck living in the 80's? That what my kitchen reminded me of. I was in desperate need of a change. They completely transformed my 80's kitchen into a sleek modern dream come true. They took down a few cabinets and now my kitchen has an open and spacious feel to it. Getting a big job done before the holidays was a big undertaking but USA SERVICES got the job done! We wanted to finish our basement and add a bathroom down there since we knew we were having company. They did such beautiful job. They took a completely raw basement (no drywall, drop celling etc.) and turned into the most amazing guest room with a joining full bathroom. I was a bit nervous having it done so close to the holiday but the job was done in about 2 weeks with more then enough time for us to add the finishing touches. The drywall looks so smooth and the color of the room is amazing. The bathroom has everything a guest could possibly need- toilet, sink and even a shower! We were SOOO impressed with the work and the quick manner it was done- we had them do our kids bathroom as well. They put in a new vanity, a fresh paint job and re did all the tile work in that bathroom. It honestly looks nicer then the master bathroom... Which is likely going to be our next project. My basement has never been a useful space more of an all purpose room. I wanted my drums down there so I could play without disturbing the house. My wife wanted the exercise equipment down there so she could work. Our TV ended up in the basement so my kids could hang out and watch with friends. My basement was then only used to watch TV. I couldn't play while my kids were down there and my wife couldn't work out when I was down there. We all kinda wanted to be down there at the same time but we kept getting in each other's space. I live in house that has always felt a bit small. It's a house that was built in the 50's and I've owned for 2 years. I had a few ideas of what I wanted done and spoke to a friend of mine who just had work done on his home.  He recommended USA SERVICES. He was very happy with their work and level of knowledge and professionalism.  I called them up and they came to look at my place and give an estimate on the job. I wanted to take down a wall separating the dinning and living room. I also wanted to add recess lighting. It was politely suggested to me that maybe I should lighten the wall would also give the space a larger more open feel. I can't comment on the quality of their work since we didn't hire them, but the price they came in with was at least a third higher (even more than this for the contractor we ultimately selected who has done really good work for us in the past) than all of the other contractors we had provide us quotes and the other contractors were going to do more work. The contractor we chose also had better suggestions for how they would address various issues and it seemed in hindsight that USA Services might have wanted to make certain tasks easier on them rather than doing what might be best for our needs. At the end of the day, I was kind of amazed that this contractor wasn't even in the same ballpark and they weren't willing to come down in price in any meaningful way. Anyway, pricing and recommendations on how to approach various projects are obviously really important considerations in working with a contractor, so I thought I would share our experience. The owner did seem like a very nice guy and perhaps this was just an unusual circumstance, but it was what it was. read more

Just had my kitchen remodeled and I just love it. It is everything I've always wanted in a modern contemporary kitchen. The team was professional, clean and very insightful.
