Can't say enough positive about Kait and Keith, our amazingly innovative program manager. The work exceeded our expectations, and the price point was less than other developers offering far less. We highly recommend this firm.

Mr. Buendia and his team planned out the job, gave us a reasonable estimate, told us from when to when the job was going to be done, emailed us job proposal, we agreed and signed contract, and the the job started. They covered floors and stairs to prevent any damage, while we made sure they had access to an empty bathroom.
