New to the area and decided to get a workout in. I came from work so I needed to purchase a locker…read morelock from the front desk. Unfortunately the lock I purchased was broken. So I waited about 20 minutes for the front desk attendant to come back so I could get a refund. When he came back he told me he didn't know how to refund my purchase. It was a $6 cash transaction. I suggested voiding the purchase because it was damaged. It took a little bit to figure out but it was refunded. Today I came in for my workout. I asked to use the hydro massage bed And the same employee said okay. But then he told me they're all out of service. I asked him what the issue was and he told me they're old and never work. However, I used it two days ago with no issue. I'm guessing he didn't want to wipe it down since they were closing at 7pm and it was 6:20. I don't give negative reviews often. But this crew might need some constructive criticism.

It was already very small area but not it was reduced to be an even smaller area. I use free weights a lot and it is always over crowded and now less benches are able to occupy the space . So wait time has doubled especially during peak hours. I really wished the new updates included enhancing the free weights as opposed to making it worse.

I love this place! I've been coming here for 2 years now, and I feel so much better -- physically…read moreand mentally -- because of it. It's a small, personal place, and the owner, Kim, is warm and welcoming. She offers a variety of classes, from gentle (yin) to hatha to power yoga. The gentle yoga classes are great for people who are just getting into yoga and/or have injuries that have prevented them from trying yoga before. Kim and the other instructors are always very patient and make sure new people take their physical limitations into account when doing any of the positions. The instructors are very "hands on," and In all the classes, they go around and make sure we're doing the positions correctly so we get the most out of them. The classes are invigorating and often challenging (even the gentle ones), but they always end with shavasana--which is about 10 minutes of relaxation and (for those who can) meditation. I always leave feeling more relaxed, more energized, and more focused than when I came in. This is not a place for Type A people. Classes don't start exactly when they should, and sometimes they go over their 90-minute allotment. But if you want a yoga studio where the instructors and the students care about one another and care about creating great energy, I think you'll really love this place too.
