They're very knowledgeable about what they do and are more than willing to impart their wisdom onto you! The facilities are well kept and offer nice hygiene items in the bathrooms such as hair ties and nail files. I'm thankful they got a new water fountain because they've had several issues with it the past month. Only issue with facilities that is ongoing is that in the men's bathroom, there is an odor around the sink that smells like a bad P-pipe. As for the actual climbing, I have to say that it is perfect. I'm not much of a boulder guy anymore but those are very well set. In regards to the top ropes, they are well done and challenging whilst maintaining their entertainment value. I've only been to three places for rock climbing, but I think RQ beats the others to a pulp! Phenomenal work RQ staff!

And if the fear they all showed when the phone would ring was any indication of what type of boss he is, of course they won't interrupt him to tell him they're with a customer. He called almost every time we were in the building, I'm sure he wants to make sure things are running smoothly, but dang the whole place freezes in fear when the phone rings. The $25 was all inclusive of life jackets, cable ticket, board, and helmet. There are plenty of obstacles and trick equipment in the wake oval for you to try if you're up for it. I didn't fall off at all, but if you do, a potentially long walk awaits you to get back to the launch station. NOTE: Beginners should have good core and upper body strength. Some friends had trouble staying on the tow line due to the speed and jerky turns. I lift weights daily and do advanced hot yoga which really helped. You will get tired and need to take breaks too, they have a nice patio area for that. All in all, I'll be back and up for trying full wakeboarding next time. It's a cheap, fun (if you can stay up/hang on), and unique experience!

Normally when I come they are assisting with the rock wall and helping on the obstacle course but today they all just stood around sneakily talking to each other or hiding to get on their phone. Move like never before at Swift Movement…read more I learned about Swift Movement back in May when they hosted a Yelp Works Out event and was impressed by Matt and Seth's ability to adjust he class based on the abilities of the class. I returned because of the exciting nature of parkour, but also the ability of these two owners to make everyone feel welcome trying something that can often seem exclusive and difficult. I'm glad I returned as Matt taught our group the essentials of parkour and free running by showing us how to fall properly in our first class. In the next class, we were taught the basics of preparing for obstacles before starting a run and visualizing our movements in advance. As I have taken more classes I have always been met with kindness and care towards becoming better at parkour. The gym itself is a fashioned as a big kid's jungle gym with bars and platforms all around. The best part is they can move many of the objects to change the setup from week to week. We attended the orientation and free class offered by Swift Movement and was blown away by the professionalism, the immersive environment and the friendly staff. My son began his first lesson and was soon climbing to new heights (LITERALLY) within one hour. The equipment is well designed and sturdy. The cost for membership is extremely affordable. However, as a busy family, the nicest surprise was the introduction to the zenplanner app that is used to schedule classes. We can see how many kids have signed up for particular classes, easily coordinate attending special events and even cancel a reservation (with 12 hours notice) very easily. As a member, you are able to attend unlimited amounts of classes and there are many scheduled throughout the week, that my child could attend two each day if our schedule allows it. He is begging to go each day! I highly recommend Swift Movement Studio as creative alternative to typical fitness classes for both children and adults.

She is a kid who has NEVER gone bouldering before, but is athletic and a bit of a daredevil. Easy waiver signing process, quick intro video and quick safety lesson was all it took to get started! She absolutely loved the experience- if we lived in Cincinnati (we were visiting family who lives in Cincinnati), we would come here often!
