We had three other estimates and one no show and then we found Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating. Yay we were so glad to find these guys. Straight to the point Chris came and told us what he could do. Gave us options and did not try to over sell us. The price to remove all the old ductwork, install new AC grills and a new filter system were very reasonable. They were able to complete the work two days from the time we got the estimate. They showed up on time and got the job done. Chris came back and checked out the work and answered a few questions we had. This is the way to do business. We are thankful there are honest people available and we found them. Would not hesitate to call them again and you shouldn't either. Thanks.

I was not disappointed. During the installation, because we are in a flood zone, we needed the unit to be put on a 24" stand. The stand they used was overkill, way too high. When I expressed my displeasure, instead of an argument, they put a more appropriate stand in place, doing so with a smile. Since then, we have had them do service on an AC outage from a 2 year old unit on the other side of the house, and we found a sloppily spliced wire which should have been replaced by that other company when that installation was done 2 years ago! Again, repaired at a very fair price. I am happy to say I have a new AC company that has earned my trust and respect.

Needless to say I got the "rush" job and Jeff's new hire neglected to rinse the cleansing solution off 2 large walls of my house. It damaged the paint leaving white bleached out drip stains. I was out of town and when I returned on day 11 I noticed this damage. I called him and he came over to try to pressure wash it off to no avail. The paint was ruined. He REFUSED to provide his insurance carrier stating he would take care of it. He kept stating it was after the ten day period so he was doing me a favor by fixing it. REALLY! Day 11? His first offer was to "touch up" the areas. He would send out someone but He instructed me I was not to talk , ask questions or instruct in any manner. I wanted to know if they were insured and licensed and he said yes but he would not disclose who they were until I threatened filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After weeks of arguing and headaches it was not until I threatened him again to take him to small claims court that he showed up with a painter who agreed you can't touch up old paint with new paint as it won't match so he agreed to have his painter paint the two walls. I had two companies come out to give me an estimate and both said it had to be sealed first so the old paint didn't fail before the new paint. This is painting 101. Well Jeff is battling me on sealing the paint which is the proper way to do it as he wants to get off as cheap as possible. What a NIGHTMARE!!!! He also killed a large section of sod which has not been replaced either. BUYER BEWARE he says he is insured but I would encourage you to get his insurance first because I don't think he has any. .My advise is keep looking and hire someone who takes responsibility for damaging your property and does repairs in the correct manner . Not the cheapest way possible. I will repost if there is resolution to this matter. December he made excuses all month. January was multiple attempts to get him to bring a painter out( first two attempts he gave me several hours notice ( like I can leave work and run home at his convenience) and then I have waited 6 weeks for HIS painter to be available. Worst experience EVER!
