Jeff and Spot Free Roofs & Pressure Cleaning is the best. He refinished my deck and hot tub surround just yesterday. The finish is absolutely gorgeous and he basically brought "the ruin" in my backyard back to life. His pricing is very reasonable. And he went the extra mile... and a half. He initially gave me an estimate based on the assumption that he just needed to jet clean the deck. But he was not happy with the way it turned out, and without me asking, he went ahead and did a lot of hand sanding. Since he spent a lot more time on the job than we had first imagined, I offered to pay him a little extra. He very politely declined and said he promised me a flat rate job and that's what I'll get. Wow. Where do you find a service company like that? Talking to my wife now and see if we want to hire Jeff and his company to clean the house exterior... Highly recommended! (And many thanks to the Yelp reviewers before me. That's how I found Jeff.) read more

Spot Free lived up to their high ratings on Yelp. When I called Jeff about coming by for an estimate, he called me right back and came over on time to look at the deck and bricks. Although it did not take him very long to assess the situation and come up with an estimate; he answered all my questions and gave some good pieces of advice. I interviewed two other people that were listed on Yelp about potentially doing the job and they actually came in a bit less expensive, but i just had a good feeling about Jeff and I was right. Even for a small deck and brick patio he uses top-of-the-line gear that was way beyond my expectations and clearly illustrated why when i tried to do the same tasks on my own with a Loewe's bought power washer, sand paper and stain, i didn't stand a chance. My job on the deck was a disaster and his was amazing. Could not be more satisfied. read more

I found Jeff with a Google search for pressure washing near my zip code and his Yelp info was presented. With all of the great reviews I gave him a try. Lucky me! I needed all of my patio tiles cleaned and the large stones in the walkway garden as well as my front brick walkway and stairs. Nice guy, competitive pricing and very good eye for detail. He did everything he said he was going to do and did an exceptional job across the board! He set my expectations properly and during the job alerted me to areas such as paint which was peeling and may be affected by his power washing. Equally important, he cleaned up after his work very well and his eye for detail kicked in here as well. Definitely will use him again. read more

This is a great company and a most trustworthy owner. My deck was torn up so badly by one of those companies frequently featured in the local ad magazine ( you know, we paint, we build, we clean windows, we pressure wash) that I thought it was ruined. The wood was splintered apart by the pressure, the gunk that came off the deck covered my plants and all nearby structures and the deck looked horrible. Jeff dutifully cleaned and sanded this mess and then treated it appropriately. By the way, the we-do-it-all company appears to have stolen one of Jeff's ads to use on their brochure. Beware of those who promise everything. read more

I called Spot Free based on the reviews on Yelp. I was initially a little non-plussed by the brusqueness of the person answering the phone; however, when Jeff arrived to give me an estimate, he was very friendly and professional. He was amazingly fast. Arrived 40 minutes after my phone call to give me an estimate, came the next morning (Friday) to clean my front walk, balcony, and deck, and returned on Monday to stain the deck. I didn't have to do anything (I didn't even move my furniture out of the way) so it was really easy. There was no damage to anything from Spot Free. I will definitely use them again. read more

As a real estate agent, it is very important that my listings be show ready from the moment prospective buyer's drive up. It is even more critical in today's competitive sales environment. So as a rule, I refer my customers to Spot Free, because I know that the house will shine from the outside and give a great first impression. Jeff and his team are my "go to" vendor for power washing, deck cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, etc. I wish he could work his magic on some of the interiors also! read more
