I couldn't be more impressed with Carlos and Brian's home repair services!!! From the moment I…read morereached out, their response time was exceptional - the owner personally got back to me within MINUTES and had his team at my house the very next day. It probably would have even been faster if i had been at home and available the same afternoon, to be honest. What really stood out to me though, was how wonderfully, over the top accommodating they were with our hectic work and family schedule... right off the bat, the owner himself offered some flexible appointment times and even said the weekend could be an option if we needed that. Thankfully we didn't though. The entire team at Carlos and Brian's was incredibly professional and courteous, from the very first phone call to the guys that came over to my house. They took the time to listen to me, explained everything they were going to do with the random jobs around that we needed done, and their attention to detail for things like wiping down water from the plumbing and cleaning up after was awesome. When they were helping to move some heavy furniture, I was really worried about my hardwood floors, but they didnt scratch them at all.... actually the guys even asked if i wanted them to take their shoes off before walking inside ehen they first arrived. That was a very thoughtful and considerate gesture. Rhey were pretty fast, I asked them to do a few things (put on a new faucet, fix a weird annoying light, move a huge dresser, fix up my old mailbox) and I think they were in and out in about an hour.. I REALLY appreciated that I could Venmo them for payment. Getting cash would have been annoying. Oh, I also liked that they were licensed/insured and showed up looking professional - it was not like I just hired some random dudes to come into my house - you know, just good peace of mind for the few random repair jobs we needed done, just knowing there was qualified professionals working in our home and even if something went wrong they had us covered. They cleaned up thoroughly after completing the repairs, and the quality of work was outstanding. It's not easy around here to find a home repair company that has both repai expertise AND such excellent customer service. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future work that needs to be done. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional home repairs.

Casey, the owner of Wild West, saw a post of mine on the NextDoor app requesting a reasonably priced landscaper and he messaged me offering the service for free!! He let me know that he is not a landscaper by trade, but wanted to offer help in anyway he could. I was totally taken aback by the generosity and kindness of this offer! Casey is a rare and precious human for sure. Casey promptly came over to asses my property. He was punctual and professional! He insisted that I allow him to do the landscaping for free. He worked with his team to decide which plants would work best for my lifestyle and yard. They removed dead trees and plants and laid a beautiful bed of mulch and plants! They went above and beyond to make sure the yard was done and done to my liking! Not only did he do an incredible job on the landscaping, but he also pressured washed my home, windows, roof, sheds out of the kindness of his heart. He even recruited his brother-in-law to come inspect my roof for any damage prior to washing, shout out of Matt and Magnum Roofing and Restoration! Everything looks totally incredible, practically like new! Casey and his team really worked some serious magic on my home! I am so thankful to Casey and Wild West Washing for this act of kindness. I will pay it forward every chance I get! I would recommend Wild West Pressure washing to anyone and everyone! Please support this incredible local business and human being!

Needless to say I got the "rush" job and Jeff's new hire neglected to rinse the cleansing solution off 2 large walls of my house. It damaged the paint leaving white bleached out drip stains. I was out of town and when I returned on day 11 I noticed this damage. I called him and he came over to try to pressure wash it off to no avail. The paint was ruined. He REFUSED to provide his insurance carrier stating he would take care of it. He kept stating it was after the ten day period so he was doing me a favor by fixing it. REALLY! Day 11? His first offer was to "touch up" the areas. He would send out someone but He instructed me I was not to talk , ask questions or instruct in any manner. I wanted to know if they were insured and licensed and he said yes but he would not disclose who they were until I threatened filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. After weeks of arguing and headaches it was not until I threatened him again to take him to small claims court that he showed up with a painter who agreed you can't touch up old paint with new paint as it won't match so he agreed to have his painter paint the two walls. I had two companies come out to give me an estimate and both said it had to be sealed first so the old paint didn't fail before the new paint. This is painting 101. Well Jeff is battling me on sealing the paint which is the proper way to do it as he wants to get off as cheap as possible. What a NIGHTMARE!!!! He also killed a large section of sod which has not been replaced either. BUYER BEWARE he says he is insured but I would encourage you to get his insurance first because I don't think he has any. .My advise is keep looking and hire someone who takes responsibility for damaging your property and does repairs in the correct manner . Not the cheapest way possible. I will repost if there is resolution to this matter. December he made excuses all month. January was multiple attempts to get him to bring a painter out( first two attempts he gave me several hours notice ( like I can leave work and run home at his convenience) and then I have waited 6 weeks for HIS painter to be available. Worst experience EVER!

I left the bad review he notified my husband today that the remaining balance of $900 is due and it's not paid within 6 months he will see the lean against the property yet he hasn't even finished the job. I would not hire this man again and I recommend that no one else has him because he is inexperienced he has two 21 and 23 year old boys that he leaves on the job by their self and they don't know what they're doing any better than he does and he does. Oh and I forgot to mention the toilet moved from side to side it wasn't fastened down. Everyday he would tell us he would be through the next day and I would tell him there's no way you have too much to do and I would show him the repairs that he did not do right and tell him to do the rest of them right or it was not going to fly with me he ignored me so when he said the job was finished and I said no they're screws up there that haven't even been mudded you still haven't caulked the windows I pointed out to you and you said you would fix . Before he went to Lowe's I showed him that I had the bathroom faucet and a touch toe stopper for the brand new tub he said okay when he came back he had a whole faucet pack he didn't put in the strainer he didn't put in the stopper although we asked him repeatedly to he doesn't listen to his clients his customers he doesn't really care what they say and he gives you a Pity poor story about being from Haitian they're starving over there and he has nothing be careful he'll bring other people in and make money off of their money
