I had a great experience. Stacey in the office was easy to do business with and able to give me an accurate quote to clean my windows and blinds over the phone. She was also able to schedule me with a date and time to sync with construction/remodeling activity on my home. The day before my appointment, Stacey called to confirm the date and time. My windows and blinds were extremely dirty due to remediation and construction activity in my home to repair damages due to flooding (ripping out cabinets, tearing up carpeting, tearing up flooring, cutting drywall, cutting wood, tile, baseboards fixing drywall - lots of dust and dirt - the blinds in particular were a mess.) Eric, the crew leader and his crew (Laurie, Manny and Stephanie) showed up on time, confirmed the estimate/quote and got straight to work. Since my blinds had already been taken down by my contractor, they set up a blind cleaning station outside and did the blind cleaning there. At my request, blinds were not rehung since my contractor will handle that when construction is completed. They did a good job. I'll use them again. read more

This is the second year I have utilized the window cleaning services at my rental townhome. The crew did such a great job last year that I didn't hesitate to call again this year. Dave, Michael and E.J. removed and cleaned all the screens using soap and the property hose for all 22 windows. Half of those 22 windows are on the second floor. Properly cleaning the screens is impressive enough. It is also refreshing to find a company that uses a ladder on the outside second floor as well as a crew cleaning the inside of the windows at the same time. One of the outside windows had some tree sap remaining after the initial clean. The crew noticed the sap and worked on it until the sap was removed. The crew was on time, pleasant, and very efficient. Setting up the cleaning was an easy and pleasant experience as well. I will continue to use them and refer them. read more

Kathy and Stacey were very accommodating to changing dates that were necessary for my schedule. Team member, Chris checked that all windows were washed and a large mirror over the fireplace was cleaned completely. Reason for four stars is the pricing changed to more when I had discussed the additional charges prior to them coming to wash the windows.
