Our windows, sliders, tracks, and sills were covered in dust from the floor renovation. The quality of work was so good after Eric and team left that my dog ran into the slider, gently, because the window was so clean! I received an estimate from this company to be specific on 9/16/22 for $364.32 which included window cleaning (exterior and interior) and blinds. I had initially scheduled the cleaning in the month of October. Mid October which I had to cancel to due work. Today, I contacted them wanting to reschedule the cleaning and I was informed there was a $400 minimum for any job due to the holidays. While I wasn't really happy, I understood and I said it was Ok. After multiple calls back and forth, I was finally able to schedule the window cleaning for Dec 6th. To then receive another call minutes later where I'm being informed that the $400 minimum wasn't going to include the cleaning of the blinds! I'm looking at the estimate they had emailed me on 9/16/22 where it clearly states the blinds were INCLUDED in the original estimate. But now, not only were they wanting to charge a $400 minimum for a job, which again, I totally understood and was willing to pay what they were requesting... Now they also decided to take away a service I had already been quoted for. Needless is to say I canceled and now looking for another company. This is so unprofessional. I'm a first-time client who is THRILLED with the WCE team; JOHN is the crew chief who I understand from other client reviews has been rightly dubbed "Mr. Clean"; he is a true PERFECTIONIST in checking and rechecking his and his staff's work. My windows had heretofore been cleaned by Dan Haley of Suncoast, who never got my windows 100% clean, always leaving a little schmutz here and there, was not personable, or as professional, in fact, a bit temperamental. Not WCE! Even their newbie crewmember worked and reworked one tough window section for 30 minutes until it was immaculate. In the end, the whole job took only two hours for 30 windows! That's windows, screens, tracks, etc. QUICK and SUPER CLEAN. They are a "well-oiled machine" professional, well trained, polite, and helpful (moving heavy furniture items that was difficult for this septuagenarian). After completion, I immediately called the office and put us on a twice a year schedule. NOTE: These employees at WCE are INSURED which is important if you're working high up on ladders outside on uneven ground; no client wants to be sued in what is today a very litigious time. It's worth paying more to a professional, licensed, and insured company than these fly-by-night, one-man-band, work-out-of-their-truck outfits. In the end, cheap never lasts and, if a worker is hurt, could cost you a small fortune. If you can afford it, pay a little MORE to get a lot MORE. Thanks WCE. Oh, by the way, the young men did such a good job I bought them lunch. Hopefully, if they're as good to you as they were to me, you'll do the same. They deserve it! read more

I just got a call from Laura letting me know that my price was going up $272 to $372 and that she was going to reschedule my November 25th appointment, that has been on the books for two months, to November 1st. They may do a good job cleaning your windows but they will mess with you on your prefer date and agreed to price. Kathy and Stacey were very accommodating to changing dates that were necessary for my schedule. Team member, Chris checked that all windows were washed and a large mirror over the fireplace was cleaned completely. Reason for four stars is the pricing changed to more when I had discussed the additional charges prior to them coming to wash the windows. The Window Cleaning Experts were highly recommended by a friend. After getting three bids I decided to go with them, and I am glad I did. John came out and did an estimate. He was on time and very professional, answering all my questions and explaining about the company, including its history and longevity in business. They have their own employees rather than independent contractors. I like that they are locally owned and carry workers compensation insurance and liability insurance. On the scheduled date two individuals arrived at the set time to get set up, then two more arrived a short while later, including John. All immediately got to work. They removed and washed the screens; cleaned the inside and outside of the windows including the tracks and frames; and they were very careful working around breakables and furniture. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they cleaned up fully after themselves. When all was done, John checked every window in the house to be sure they were sparkling. Dave the crew leader, along with Mike and Joe, as well as John, were terrific. They lived up to my friend's recommendation and my expectations. I will use them again. read more

We had an excellent experience. We called for an estimate on a large job and they showed up that day, gave me an estimate by phone, and did the job. Our windows and sills have never looked so good. We had company over the weekend and even they asked who did our windows. The crew was efficient, courteous and left the inside cleaner then when they arrived. They even wore covers on their shoes to protect the rugs and hardwood surfaces. I could not recommend them more strongly.
