I'm 19 now I brought my can am 4 wheeler there about 4 or 5 years ago it's still sitting back there broken and after so long of them "waiting for parts" we wanted to just pick it up broken and take it somewhere else to have them fix it just to find out that they won't give it up to us unless we pay there "storage fee" which is more than we bought the 4 wheeler for it was somewhere around 1200$ and as of now for the last 4 years it just sits outside in there lot left to die getting weathered on read more

Wonderful! What could have been a bad day turned into a day of appreciation and thankfulness. My husband and I's 2007 Suzuki Boulevard broke down in front of USA Honda and we both had to push it a block back to the store. After charging my battery on my 2006 Polaris Sportsman and driving it onto my truck, I took it to USA Honda for an oil change. I get a call from Eric saying I have wiring problems with my ATV, that it won't start. He says there are corroded wires and wants to clean them. I say OK. I get a call awhile later that the Electronic Control Module has blown out, that Polaris is known for these units being defective. He found one on Ebay for $600 dollars. He says they are already 3 hrs into their work, and once it's installed, it could also go out since they are defective, and there are still more wires to clean. I call a Polaris service dept. and find out that they have had no problems with the ECM on fuel injected engines (mine), so I call Eric back to stop work. When picking up my ATV, Eric says he gave me a break and cut the labor hrs in half. I look at the invoice and it says 6 hrs (twice what he quoted on the phone) cut to 3.5. Eric also says he is not sure that the ECM is bad; he just thinks it's the problem. I say "can't you plug it into a diagnostic", and he says there isn't any such thing. Eric charges me $450 for oil change and whatever else they did, and I now have an ATV that doesn't run at all. I take it to Polaris. One burnt out wire, according to the Polaris mechanic, happened from not connecting it properly to a charger. And, since I drove it onto my truck, it happened after being delivered to Honda. The others were on the ECM unit, found by the Polaris mechanic jiggling the wires and seeing power go on and off, but the unit itself was fine, and you can plug them into a diagnostic, and Eric, the owner of Honda knows this. I am a lady who is not a mechanic, and Eric let me know this too. read more

Was in USA HONDA recently and had my motorcycle worked on,being a female I didn't know how was going to be treated but they explained everything to me and repaired my motorcycle on the spot. I will definitely be going back there again next time I need to have anything done to my motorcycle I would recommend this place to anybody. USA Honda is awesome! My husband and I were passing thru Walla Walla on our motorcycles. It was a Saturday when my BMW motorcycle broke down. I had just got fuel and bike would not start. Eric the owner of USA Honda came over with his flatbed and picked up my bike. He also dropped me off at hotel. Fortunately it was an easy fix. He diagnosed it quickly and was very efficient in rectifying the issue. He really went out of his way to help us. We were back up and running that afternoon. Customer service is not a priority. They forgot to order parts. I had to call several times to find out when the parts would be delivered so services that they offered could be completed. But they have excellent excuses for every scenario to why parts were not delivered. And getting a return call back was also not a priority. I don't recommend this company to anyone and if you still go to them just expect delays, excuses and no accountability. read more

The team at USA Honda was able to diagnose and repair an issue on my 2007 Seadoo Speedster that my local dealership failed to diagnose, twice. In addition, they were VERY fair in their diagnostic and repair costs, we were even able to arrange delivery from Walla Walla to Pasco. Took my daughters quad in on July 31st because it was not running good. They said it would be two weeks before they could look at it. That two weeks turned into 5 weeks and they never even looked at it. When I went to pick it up they said if I had anymore problem just give them a call. Yes...you will receive the royal treatment while browsing their toys and asking questions. Even help with financing. AFTER the sale.... is another story. Be prepared to become a number. The professional attitude they displayed before the sell? Out the window now. Too busy making sells I guess. Too busy saying one thing and doing another. Purchased a $20K+ utv from them..felt like I would be taken care of in a prompt manner as they promised. Had lots of well rehearsed excuses when I started getting angry regarding wait time for the first service. 2 weeks wait for something they said would only be one-two days. I heard they were slow but I didn't listen and took my bike there anyways. Over a month later I got it back only because I told them I was coming to get it the end. Turns out it had been finished for over two weeks and nobody wanted to let me know. They did the job but not without stress and hassle. Great service!! We traveled from Seattle to TriCities and realized we had forgotten or lost the electronic key for one of our Sea Doos. Tri-Cities Powersports said their machine was "down" and sent us to Walla Walla. Eric, the owner of USA Honda told us to come between 9:00 - 9:30 for the fastest service. Took my Kawasaki in for carb work. Another dealer had worked on it for 4 months. Yes you read that right FOUR months, with no satisfactory results. Eric and the guys at USA Honda had it for about three weeks. Granted it took awhile but it now runs like it did 32 years ago when it was new. Just had the fork seals replaced. Yes it took a little time but once the parts arrived it was just a few days. Other than the wait time for parts (hey, its an old bike so no surprise there) I have no complaints. read more
