Unfortunately, each visit left me more disappointed than the last. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The store was consistently dirty, from the floors to the beverage stations. On one visit, I stopped in for coffee and found the coffee area messy and poorly maintained, with no lids available for the cups. On another visit, I purchased a soda only to find there were lids available but no straws. These may seem like small details, but they add up and create the impression that the store is not being properly managed. The overall condition of the store was disorganized and cluttered, making it feel neglected. What stood out even more was the customer service. During my visits, the employees were often sitting behind the counter on crates and focused on their phones. I was rarely greeted when entering the store and never felt acknowledged as a customer. A simple hello, thank you, or even eye contact would have gone a long way. Convenience stores are often judged on cleanliness, organization, and customer service, and unfortunately this location fell short in all three areas during my experience. I hope management takes steps to improve the condition of the store and the customer experience because this location has a lot of room for improvement.

Some (yt people to be more exact) customers were blatantly cutting in line, shoving others aside & STEALING!! like they owned the place. It felt completely unsafe and disrespectful. Staff didn't intervene which made the situation worse. I've never seen such a lack of basic courtesy in a public place. I won't be coming back here.
