Sadly, after having to wait FIVE days for a prescription without proper notification or communication, I decided it was time to take my pharmacy business elsewhere -- Walmart! Anyway, we were right next door at Lickity Split and decided to pop into Walgreens. It's been quite a while since I've stepped foot inside after my disappointing pharmacy experience. I wanted to give a little shoutout to Leland, who was kind and helpful while assisting my daughter with her photos the other day. Today, Catherine and the other gentleman who helped ring up my purchases. Everyone was friendly, pleasant, and provided great customer service! While my pharmacy experience left a bad impression and ultimately cost Walgreens my prescription business, I'm happy to see that other areas of the store are still providing the kind of customer service I remember and appreciate! Good customer service deserves recognition, and these team members certainly earned it!

After a failed delivery, I went in to pick it up and was told it would be re-delivered in three days. It wasn't. I called again--still "not there." My doctor even called to ask if I had received it. I went back to the store and, finally, they said it had been there for a week. Unacceptable. This isn't just bad customer service--it's a health and safety issue. To top it off, the store isn't clean. Gum and candy near the register looked like something had been nesting in it. We will absolutely be switching pharmacies. This location is not trustworthy or well-managed. Good luck. Also, who is driving their leadership? A store shouldn't have this many terrible reviews and still be in business.
