I see some reviews saying he thinks he's better than others. Well number one, he is. But also, the man is from Italy. Maybe y'all just don't know how to handle an Italian personality. He's not rude. I think my favorite thing about this place though, is my wife and I never receive any side ways or ugly looks from any of the staff. It's somewhere we can go to enjoy a meal and each other's company that's outside of our home. So yeah, I'm going to rate Giovanni's as high as possible. The vibe is great, the decor is old school (which I adore), Mr. Giovanni always checks on his customers in terms of making sure they're doing ok and food quality, it's quiet most of the time, and it's safe. She never said a word and just rang up the transaction. The bill was over $56 and I would have been better off going to a fast food restaurant for a lot less. I will not be coming back. This saddens me because we have had very good service in past years, however these past two visits have shown that things have changed and we will be looking for another breakfast place.
