When the exact model popped up just 10 miles away, I contacted Omar to confirm it was available. He was responsive, opened the store on Labor Day, and immediately welcomed us in, despite having other customers (it was shocking because no other surrounding dealerships were open that day) The car matched everything I'd been looking for, with only minor cosmetic wear, and the entire process was smooth and pressure-free and I mean it. They were aware of my title situation beforehand and knew that the lien had been released and that I was waiting for the DMV to update the title information. After making the entire trip to National City, they looked up my title date and number and told me that it was not showing in their national database, so they could not complete the deal. My issue is not that they have procedures they need to follow. My issue is that this should have been verified BEFORE I drove all the way there. I had already explained the title situation, and if their ability to purchase the vehicle depended on the title information appearing in their database, that should have been checked before asking me to make the trip. Instead, I spent the time, gas, and effort driving to National City only to be told when I arrived that they couldn't complete the transaction. This was completely avoidable. When you're dealing with someone's time and a vehicle sale, the least you can expect is clear communication and proper verification before having the customer make a long drive. I would not have made the trip if I had been told beforehand that their system could not verify the title. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor communication. If you are considering selling your vehicle here, make absolutely sure they have independently verified everything in their system before you get in your car and drive there.

Now, they have been consistently great at customer on my visits. The security guard is friendly and opens the door for customers if he is outside, and this is nice. The line was super short when I arrived at approximately 2 or 3p on a Monday afternoon. I appreciated that the customers being taken care of at the teller windows were all smiling and happy when they walked away from being helped. The teller that I had was Audrianna. She was very customer service oriented and her appearance was very professional. I compliment her on her beautiful nails. She took care of my transactions with ease and also with a smile.
