AGREE WITH PREVIOUS REVIEWER...DO NOT GO HERE!…read more I've used this place about four times, and that last fourth time is the last. I've dealt with two women here, a really rude and condescending older Filipino woman and a nicer younger girl. The older woman is really mistrustful and actually asks for lots of personal info in an inferring manner, as to take everything you say to her as a lie. She even called my cell phone in front of me to make sure I gave her a legit number, despite the fact that I showed up in work uniform and brought plenty of pay stubs, bank account info, etc... The last time I went for a loan I SPECIFICALLY asked that they deposit my check instead of me having to go and pay the cash back in person, as that part of C.V. turns into a war zone on Friday afternoons. The young girl that helped me said they would do it at the end of day, that Friday... Fast forward two weeks later they finally deposited it, messing up my finances because I never expected that they would deposit my check without at least letting me know. I had to get more cash to cover the gap and it was just a nuisance more than anything. TO THE MANAGER THAT WORKS HERE: GET RID OF THE OLD WOMAN, SHE DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND IS VERY RUDE!!

I really had hoped Sandra (Representative) wouldn't have given me a hard time this morning. Please…read morehigher ups read this post, this is one of your employees, I've been a customer with the national city branch for 2 years and never had any issues with Juan, Monica or Alondra! No issues with Desiree at the Euclid location. I greeted Sandra today, didn't even acknowledge or welcome me as a customer. The reason is because I came in to cash a $85 check and Sandra was literally giving me $8,500 without even verifying the check nor even contacting her manager to let her know. I had told her, what are you doing the check is only $85, Sandra didn't even acknowledge and say it was as her fault . That was one of the 3 times she's had an attitude with me. Today's experience was horrible, I really wish I hadn't come in to this location at all! She was literally yelling through the glass while I was telling her how bad her service is. I really don't need to get into detail, I just need to share my experience and hope this gets settled. I am not happy with Sandra at all!!!! I really don't like posting negative reviews , my personality is the total opposite of Sandra! Please management have a talk with Sandra and when she apologizes for her actions then will I remove this 1 star review

Have only used the money order services and have been met with friendly cashier/employees. This…read morelocation is on the busier side and luckily they have divided the "loan" side of the business with a separate window/employees to the other check cashing/money order side. Unfortunately, I was initially going to give a glowing review for the discounted money orders that I received last month for 25 cent each. Then come this month to find the price raised and had to pay $5 for using a payment method other than cash. Completely the opposite of saving money, when Wally World (aka Wal-mart) charges $1 and no fee for using your debit card. Will no longer be coming here for money services.

They called multiple agents to see if the check was fraud and every company they called to verify said it was valid and they ended up saying corporate said they can't cash the check after I had called and asked before I got there to see if we could cash a check over 15,000 and the lady said " we can cash any amount of money here". I really believe this lady should be fired!! She should get help and look for therapy or choose a different job where she doesn't have to deal with clients.
