    First class service?! Expecting you to reply to an email is obviously beyond first class service and out of your ability.

    First off, trying to find an inquiry request on their webpage is nearly non-existent. Then after they send you an email saying they want to give you red carpet service, and you respond to try to get a simple answer to a question like "is blahblah car vin #1234567 stock 98765 still available" ... they don't even respond. So you email them again, and again they don't reply?! Crickets... lol no thanks. In the age of COVID you can still reply to emails but are obviously choosing not to. So, I'll take my business elsewhere.

    They sold me a car, gave me all kind of reports of how good the car was, told me the car only had work done to the driver side but as soon as I took it to the dealership they said "the bumper was painted and it was a cheap job because the paint splatter shows", the bumper is also barely still on. The driver side seat slides every time I come to a stop which means there was an un reported accident or they withheld the damage info. When I was stagnant about even buying Jose said nobody would finance me so I should take the car, I def fell for it and come to find out there were other people financing with lower rates willing to finance me. Every time I asked them about the error message on my dash someone told me to go here, next person told me to go there til now I have to come out of pocket to fix a car I've only had for 3 weeks. I'm going to pay the note for a year to build my credit and get rid of it.

Unfortunately Kyle was off. I had a more urgent need to replace my car and could wait for Kyle. I met with Shawn. He is a very knowledgeable salesman and very helpful. I test drove a Forester Hybrid. I knew immediately that it was my car. I have never had a car sale and financing go so smoothly and quickly. I recommend Kyle and Shawn as the best salesmen. You won't be disappointed!!!

Efficient and WOW, under an hour. This place is a bit of a drive for me, but after dealing with other nearby Subaru dealers, it is absolutely worth going out of my way to come here. Great spot for an oil change and to have them keep an eye on anything else that might come up. They also have a massive lobby with a very small kids play area, which I have honestly never seen before. The attention to detail stood out, and it felt very family friendly overall. Solid group of employees here. I really hope they are taken care of and well compensated to keep a team like this around.

When she i formed me the waiter would be 3 hours with the oil change and alignment, I opted to get a ride home and not wait at the dealership. Came back 3 hours later because I had an event later than afternoon, spent money on an Uber because that was the cheapest (still not super cheap, but beggars can't be choosers), and arrived at the service department only to be told that they needed an additional 40 minutes. I said no, I needed to be somewhere. So she said they needed 15 minutes, cool. I could wait 15. 15 turned i to 30+ only to learn "hey, the machine didn't work, so you're good to go." In my head I'm like wait, so you have had my car for over 3 hours, and it took you that long to figure out your machine didn't work? I would have just stayed for the oul change, but now I dropped a pretty penny to get back here only to be told the machine was not working?! More frustrating, I keep trying to call the service department to speak to someone about getting reimbursed for the damn Uber. No luck getting through. I am definitely not happy right now.

Throughout the process I felt valued and they showed me, they really want my business. I was just across the street over at the Mile of Cars and the Bowtie Boyz acted like they could care less about gaining me as a customer and it was honestly a crappy experience. This was disheartening because I been a Bowtie fan my whole life and I honestly thought that was the direction I was going to go in.
