    Their rent hikes are nearly double. Watch out. I just went from 175 to over 300. I do not recommend.

    Avoid Alliance Storage at all costs. This is your sign…read more I only needed a storage unit for two weeks while moving between rentals and was told over the phone that although they don't offer weekly rates, I could pay for a full month and then receive a prorated refund for the unused days, as long as I gave 30-day notice up front. I agreed, gave notice right away, and confirmed that I'd only need it for a couple of weeks. That should've been the end of it. But from the very beginning, this company operated unethically. First red flag: they charged my card before telling me the price or confirming anything. They literally said they needed my card info to proceed, then charged it immediately--without ever asking if I wanted to go through with it. When I confronted them about it, they blamed it on a new employee "in training." If that's true, there should have been a trained staff member supervising the call. Second red flag: when I moved out after two weeks and took photos of the clean, empty unit, they didn't respond for two days. When they finally did, they said they weren't going to check the unit until the end of the month and that I'd be charged for the full month anyway--completely contradicting what I was told and agreed to. I even showed them the text message they sent confirming I would receive a prorated refund for the unused days. I told them that even if they misspoke, they should honor their word and make it right. They refused. No apology. No ownership. Just bad business. This company is raking in money from tenants and providing bare minimum service in return. When given the choice between doing what's right and stealing $100 from a short-term customer, they chose the latter--even after being confronted with proof of their own words. If you're reading this and looking for storage in Bend, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Alliance Storage is unethical, misleading, and not worth the hassle. They charged out the ass for admin fees (clicking a few buttons on the computer) and tried selling me a lock for $20 that you can get for significantly less at Walmart. They lost my trust permanently over a refund they promised and then refused to honor.

My husband operates two local companies, and we currently rent over 10 units at this facility. Despite being high-volume tenants, we have been treated with a level of hostility that is frankly unacceptable in a professional environment. ​While my personal experience was a catalyst, it is by no means isolated. I have dealt with Rosa's unprofessionalism directly, but my employees have reported even worse treatment. Other tenants have also shared their own concerns regarding the management style here; I have strongly urged them to post their experiences publicly so the pattern of behavior is documented. ​Key Issues for Potential Tenants: ​Medical Neglect & Hostility: As a Type 1 diabetic, I experienced a low blood sugar episode and needed to eat immediately. When the manager approached, she bypassed all professional courtesy and began shouting, stating that eating on the premises was grounds for "immediate termination." Her total disregard for a medical necessity was dehumanizing. ​Retaliatory Business Practices: When we finally confronted her about this behavior and her treatment of our staff, she responded by issuing an "instant termination" of all our units. We are currently escalating this matter with corporate, as this is a clear case of retaliation against a long-term client for addressing legitimate grievances. ​Restroom Access: Management frequently locks the onsite restrooms during business hours--even for tenants with the access code--forcing people to walk a quarter-mile to find a facility. ​Lack of Presence & Pricing: Management is rarely available during posted hours, and without a fixed contract, we have seen rent hikes as high as 30%. ​A quick look at the negative reviews for this location confirms a consistent theme: Rosa is a significant liability to this business. We are in the process of moving our entire inventory elsewhere. Until management is replaced with someone who respects ADA requirements and basic professional standards, I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere
