It's a Federal building after all. I went on a Tuesday around 10 a.m. without an appointment since I was having an issue completing an online application. After about 30 minutes, I was able to get an appointment and plenty of information to get my application completed. Way better than the DMV.

I went to be evaluated to get back on disability after losing my job due to my disability. I was asked some double digit addition questions and I assume I was correct, because I'm suddenly not disabled.... Then I went to my doctor to get him to write a letter that supersedes the misdiagnosis by the person from social security. Once I told him according to social security I'm apparently not disabled he disagreed and wrote me a lengthy letter citing my many deficiencies as the need for disability because of my coma. How is social security going to give disability to people who don't need it, then when a legitimate disabled adult comes to your office, you deny him?

At first, it was weird because as soon as you enter the office, there's a security sitting but very helpful instructed me to take a number and fill out a paper. After my number was called, I was informed that someone will call me but not sure whether to stay or leave, so I decided to leave and run some errands. In less than 30 minutes I received a call and drove back to turn in some paperwork. It was that easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It's definitely worth a drive. I know that they get the water out of some 100 year old well because it is close to my home and I see them dump chemicals in it every once in awhile.
