This had been going on for over a month so I decided to write it up on their app. So after I wrote it up I walked later that week and they already started the repair on the broken sprinkler head. It's so amazing that they're so responsive to this app and always work on items that are broken right away. Plus it's so nice to not have to wait when you call on the automated answering system that put you through all these props this is way easier. My exit to work was actually at Rocklin Road [Exit 108] on I-80 E so I'm referring to this side of the city where as soon as I exit and turn left I see Koja Kitchen a little past Granite Dr. Granite Drive actually has a lot of nice restaurants and fast food places to try. Now while I can't guarantee you a good dining experience nor great food these are the places I've tried... there is Adalberto's Mexican Food with a 24-hr drive-thru, Sushi Kakogan (new business!), Jing Jing Chinese Cuisine (not yet--this place has been on my bookmark list for a long time and I have yet to make it here), KoJa Kitchen (yum!) and when you crave fair food for cheaper price, try FancY FunneLCakeS. On Pacific Street (old Rocklin side) I've had lunch at The Mad Teriyaki Grill and I get my donuts at Jasmine's Donuts. It has all the features you'd love in a park minus the public restroom which is a deterrent for me when picking a good park. What it does have is lots of benches to rest your weary feet on the walk over. Picnic benches with tables and metal chairs so you can bring your lunch. 2 play structures. A gazebo with picnic benches under it. They also have a bbq stand. You just need to bring your own charcoal. Parking is convienent there. There is lots of street parking. Yesterday I went to Carol's, it's an institution. It started in 1988. Carol's father, George O'Campo helped her open Carol's. This isn't the original location of Carol's. They opened their first location just down the road from its present location. Carol is from a family of restaurnnteers. Her great grandfather was a cook for Charlie Chaplin. Carol has since retired. She dedicated 20 years of her life to Carol's and now her son Ray, runs the business. I'm new to Carol's and I think Ray is doing a fabulous time. I went to Carol's with a party of 10 and they handled us like champs. We started with 6 people and as the people poured in they put another table to ours and we ended at 10. We ordered in waves and they kept up. We were all eating about the same time. Those Chefs are really on the ball. Another gem of West Sacramento is the RiverCats. We love going to their games. They are such a family friendly venue. If you want to pass on fees, just walk up to the window and buy tickets on the spot. I'm not sure how you buy tickets in advance as there is no parking near the box office. We always go day of and buy tickets. Unless you go to the Giants vs the RiverCats the games are rarely sold out. They have their own private lot and there is a charge for parking. They have a few places you can buy groceries. My go to place is Raley's. They also have a Nugget, it's' really nice, but too high end for me. You can also buy groceries at Target and Walmart. I love Raley's they have everything I need. I have a love hate relationship their discount system. You have to sign up on line and then clip their coupons each week. You don't need a smart phone to use there system which is good. All you have to do is sign in to their website, clip coupons on line and link it to your phone number. Then you can go shopping and enter your phone number at check out to get the discounts. I dislike this system as there is no spur of the moment shopping, you always have to plan ahead and remember to clip the coupons. I can go on and on about the perks of West Sacramento.

In this section, we manage background check process for licensed caregivers, their employees, specified volunteers and non-client adults residing in a facility. CBCB Functions Individuals who want to work in Community Care Licensed facilities will submit their fingerprints to the California Department of Justice (DOJ) via livescan - a digital hand-scanning process. All licensing categories (Adult Care, Child Care, Elderly, etc.) require a California Criminal History and a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) check. If an individual is associated to any facility serving children then a Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) check is also performed. So bottomline: before individual can obtain a community care license, provide services, work or reside in any of our licensed-facilities, they must receive a criminal record clearance or an exemption from the clearance provisions governed by statutes, regulations and CCLD's own internal policies. TRUSTLINE Trustline is a service the State of California provides to parents and family members who want to know if a potential caregiver for their child or disabled relative has a criminal background. These are situations where they have chosen not to use licensed care but still want their nanny, IHSS provider, etc fingerprinted and cleared through DOJ and CCL. If they are cleared the name is put on a Trustline Registry. So again - as in licensed care - in these exempt-care scenarios, if they have a criminal history such that no clearance is granted then the agencies that maintain a Trustline Registry for child care and/or the local entities that administer employment clearances for IHSS workers are notified. Anyone can use the garage but a lot of folks have permits. They don't want me to tell you this but I am anyway. The buildings are new and do have a lot of nice amenities. The auditorium is pretty cool. All the workstations have sit/stand desks, and there are still extra for hoteling. For now. Kitchenettes on each floor are big. Lots of seating inside and outside in the courtyard as well. The bathrooms are way too close together and you're in someone's way getting a water refill in the middle. They also managed to construct sinks that are inconvenient for both wheelchair users and everyone else, wow what a feat. Cafeteria is just okay. They make a good panini. Soda machine is watery but they sell sodas and there are vending machines with more around the corner. They're doing their best now that Gav has demanded everyone (mostly, there are some exceptions wink nudge cough) come 4 days a week. Best to bring your food with you as there's nothing else around unless you have time for a long walk. The cafe never lasts long when it does get a vendor. It is a nice office space when it comes down to it. I'm optimistic. Keep in mind the township 9 lightrail (green line) across the street is still undergoing maintenance but there are bus connections to and from downtown blue and yellow lines.
