The week I was supposed to move brought bad weather. I had a long gravel driveway and expressed to Eric that his truck may not make it through on moving day and that we should reschedule. He assured me that it would. On moving day they spent in total almost 2 hours trying to get the truck in and out of the driveway. They were not able to take my mower or other lawn equipment on the truck and offered a flatbed at an additional cost. I had no faith that the flatbed would be able to get in/out of the driveway with the snow so I decided to call on a later date for the equipment. His crew cracked my headboard and left cigarette butts at both houses. When I contacted him about moving the lawn equipment in April he did not respond.

I received a UPS update that my package had been delivered at 11:58am CST and that I had signed for it. It is now 5:53pm CST and I have yet to receive my new work laptop. Not only did the driver lie about delivering my package but they also stated that I signed for it as well!! This is beyond unacceptable. I have not even received an update from UPS notifying me where the heck my package was actually delivered. It's either UPS or FedEx and both of them suck! What a NO WIN situation!!

He has access to a lot of equipment that will likely work for folks that do not have tons and tons of items to move. He is very professional and personable. Overall I definitely thought his service was worth every penny and would definitely seek him out again if I were to need moving help in the future!
