They are now one of my go to businesses. I do lots of shipping because I volunteer as a logistician for several organizations. I love logistics. I also am the only member of my family living in Wisconsin so I tend to do lots of mailings to family members all over the country. As such, I am always looking for good businesses to help me do my work. In the very short amount of time that I was inside this business, I found them to be friendly, helpful, and responsive. I felt like a queen. They listened to what I wanted and they were able to provide me service quickly and efficiently. I extremely impressed that they are one of very few businesses that take the time to welcome newcomers to Grafton. That, means a lot to me. It's very hard to move to a new community. Community. It's even harder to find out what businesses are worth your time. I don't know why more businesses don't welcome you to Grafton, but I appreciate the effort that this business made.
